O Hotel é antigo, quarto muito pequeno.
O box do banheiro é muito, muito, muito pequeno!!
Café da manhã é muito tarde para quem está a trabalho, pois é servido a partir das 07:00.
O estacionamento do hotel é muito pequeno, cabe no máximo 6 carros.
Local é muito barulhento devido ao equipamentos da vizinhança.
O valor da hospedagem é incompativel com a qualidade do hotel.

O hotel é super bem localizado , em frente a Bahia de Guanabara, fui super bem recebida pela sra. Paula , e a sra. Simoni. A estadia foi tranquila e segura , o Staff são muito gentis e atenciosos , a tem o recepcionista noturno Sr. Matheus , muito cordial e prestativo . Eu recomendo o hotel , por ser limpo , seguro , familiar , com todas os comércios nas proximidades . O enxoval e limpo impecável . Tem água quente , fria , o Wi-Fi é bom e de alta velocidade. Estou satisfeita espero voltar logo.

Me hospedei com meu esposo aguardando a liberação das chaves do apartamento que alugaríamos. No domingo não havia água quente desde a manhã. As 18h a água ainda não havia chegado. O funcionário que estava hoje 6DEZ21 não se comoveu e falou que nada poderia fazer. Solicitamos o reembolso o funcionário que não quis se identificar se negou a contactar um superior e falou que o problema de não haver água quente não poderia ser resolvido, simples assim. Péssimo atendimento! Não recomendo.

Foi o pior hotel que já fiquei na vida!!! Num lugar horroroso, atendimento horrível, quartos que pequenos e um cheiro de naftalina que me deixou com muita dor de cabeça. Antes tivesse ficado no aeroporto zanzando até chegar a hora do voo. Esse não me pega nunca mais. Pois a noite que passei lá pra descansar mais parecia filme de terror. Além de tudo caro. Só se hóspede neste motel se vc for masoquista e quiser passar raiva.
