Absolutely amazing and great value for money! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, good food, amazing location with breathtaking views of Copacabana beach. I stayed there for 10 nights, was able to book all my tours through the hotel. 

Highly recommend I’ll definitely go back!

Booked a room with 2 beds and no breakfast but had to pay an extra $100 to let another person stay in the room.  Will not be going back, there are better hotels for better service and price.

Great location, rooms were comfortable. The staff seem very grumpy though.

Un hotel como realmente se ven en la fotos, les comento porque hay muchos hoteles antiguos que ponen fotos de la inauguracion y cuanod llegues etsan todos descuidados, el desayuno buffet de lujo, esta super centrico.

A hotel as it really looks in the photos, I tell you this because there are many old hotels that post photos of the inauguration and when you arrive they are all neglected, the luxury buffet breakfast, it is super central.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location where you can walk to the beach by crossing the street and have variety of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself is very small, even the poor looked like it can only fit 5 people at the time and their gym is also very smaller than what you see on their website. I booked superior room with partial view, but this room was on the second floor and didn’t have any view at all. I would not recommend booking a partial view room because there is no view AT ALL but a big tree in front of your window. These rooms are just a little bigger than the standard room but you have no view. I upgraded my room to full view which was on the 8th floor and the only difference is the view but the room are the same size. I would recommend just booking a standard room if space is not an issue and save yourself some money. Even the room with the balcony is smaller because the balcony takes space from the room. The food in this hotel was amazing and room service was quick. Their hamburgers are 5 start burgers and everything on their menu was delicious. I would recommend the hotel but do not go with the advertisement online and just book a standard room

The 2nd time we stayed at the Windsor California at the Copacabana. Great location (also close to Ipanema), super friendly staff and warm welcome from the front office (thank you Nathalia) and the Windsor team. The rooms are spacious and clean. We also loved  the breakfast, it is SUPERB. We would definitely recommend the Windsor, enjoy! 😊

Comfortable room with lovely door staff.  We had a room on the 14th floor with amazing views. We stayed twice and check-in was a bit slow especially the second time.  Breakfast was very good. Probably the absolutely best thing about the hotel was it’s position on Copacabana beach.
