This is an extremely impressive hotel i have ever experienced. The most impressive aspect is the service and Diego is a legend! Everything you need can be solved and managed by Diego super, professionally, systematically, precisely, prompt and warmly, just like magic and miracle. if I could score higher, I would have given triple so high as full score for Diego's service! I am really really glad to recall the days in this hotel!!!

The hotel had a super quick check-in, is well maintained, has paid parking at a great price. Very well located close to the metro, supermarket, Hortifruti, restaurant, bar and pharmacy. Very clean, very polite staff, all without exception. The room was good, although I thought the shower was small, the shower pressure was great, and so was the bed. The coffee is not very varied but it serves well.

Very small room. It was difficult to get past the bed. Very old and noisy air conditioning. A lot of bureaucracy for the pool towel, that should change.

We stayed 2 weeks in this hotel. It is good value for money. There are shops and restaurants all around. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. The room service is very good too. The staff is pleasant but does not speak French and very little English

Good hotel, super clean, the pool is also very good, even in the bad weather we could enjoy it a lot... however the TV in the room was very old and didn't work properly, there would be a blue screen at one time or another... other than that very good 👍

It's quite close to the subway station, so transportation is very convenient. The area is not bad and there are many places to eat, so you can spend your time without any inconvenience!

Well located hotel. The room is simple and cozy with apparently old facilities. The breakfast offered is satisfactory, no different from those offered by hotels in the same range. There were small problems such as the available hairdryer not working, the shower taking a long time to heat up, the air conditioning being a little noisy and the bed not being very comfortable. Overall, the hotel has facilities that are sufficient to spend the night peacefully, in addition to good service.

This time the stay was horrible. Room available was terrible. Low ceiling, room was dirty. Terrible

A great experience from start to finish. Friendly receptionists. Cozy room. Pool area is cozy. Highlights include the lifeguard and concierge João. Both attentive and communicative. I will certainly be back.

Very good hotel, super well located, helpful, helpful and attentive staff, great breakfast, very good pool!! I would only change the bed and mattress in the room I stayed in. The bed is small and the mattress is a little soft. But I was able to sleep well, nothing that was too disruptive.

The Hotel is well located, next to the Metro. The staff were all very attentive and the rooms were good, airy and very clean. Highlight for the breakfast that surprised. It has a small but very clean pool that stays open until 10 pm, which is nice due to the heat of Rio de Janeiro.

Great service and excellent location! Only caveat regarding the lack of towels in the room, resolved after complaint. The towels received were very worn. Other than that, everything is fine!

We loved the location and accommodations. The hospitality of the staff and the hotel restaurant are a 10!
