The hotel was very pleasant to stay. The breakfast class good enough. Within 10 mins walk, you can get to shopping and bus stops.

Decent hotel but cleanliness can be better. The hotel staff are excellent, very approachable and helpful.

Comfortable stay, however room cleanliness was not good. Moldy shower door and hair visible on the floor and sink. Breakfast average taste and quality.

They gave us a room for people with disabilities that was flooding and the response to our complaint was to place a towel on the floor, we asked to change our room and the manager told us that it was what we had reserved and that she would willingly do so. the change. We never reserve a room for people with disabilities. In the new room the toilet was covered and despite numerous complaints it was never unclogged, we had to use the bathroom located in the hotel lobby. I could describe numerous other defects in the room but it was too much, incredible for a chain like Radisson.

Nice business hotel to stay a few days, 5-10 mins walk from beach if you don’t mind that. Rooftop bar and small pool with nice views

The hotel is in a very good location , 15 min walking from the beach. Nearby the bridge, so we didn’t need to use the ferry boat to cross the river or walk long distances. Barra da Tijuca is perfect , the best beach ! Later we went to Copacabana but we regret don’t staying longer in Barra da Tijuca as we liked it more than Copacabana, the beach is cleaner, less people, more quiet .

Hotel well located, clean, organized, staff were friendly, parking men were a little scattered, but nothing exaggerated, I loved it!

Poor facilities, missing a bidet in the bathroom!!! For a hotel in this category, this is unacceptable!!! The doors lack maintenance, the paintwork is poor. The door has wood putty, but the station is not painted. The bathroom door is moldy. The towels are of very poor quality. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste available. The air conditioning was working poorly. The breakfast was reasonable.

I was deceived and called a liar by the hotel manager. I booked 2 connecting rooms through Trip. Upon checking in, when I realized that I had only received one room, I questioned the receptionist, who passed it on to her reception supervisor. He informed me that Trip had only booked one room with 2 beds and that there were no 2 rooms available for that day, as agreed, because the hotel was full. However, he could change me the next day. The next day, the hotel manager was the one who attended to me. Even though I had the voucher that I had just issued through Trip in front of her, she called me a liar and said that I had received exactly the room that I had paid for, 1 room with 2 beds. She informed me that I had made two reservations, with different rooms, but had canceled one and booked only the one with 1 room with 2 beds. Finally, after much hassle and discussion, the manager informed me that she would grant what I requested as a courtesy, but made it clear that I was lying and that I had not booked that category.

The towels and sheets were clean, but had a horrible musty smell. The restaurant is very good, but room service takes a long time, for example, you ordered a salad to eat at 10:30 and it arrived at 0:45.
