EXCELENTE HOTEL E UM QUARTO GRANDE E BEM EQUIPADO, A UNICA RECLAMAÇAO A FAZER E DAS TOALHAS QUE SAO PEQUENAS E FINAS, PRECISAM MELHORAR ESSE ENXOVAL.

Decent hotel . Not a 5 star but a decent 4 star . Missing some bits to be considered as a 5 star. Shout out to fernando and marcio who were excellent staff round the pool . Making sure our drinks were full and always with a smile . Also Monique are cleaner was excellent and attentive to our requests. Reception staff that done our check in and check out were very good as well. Found it slightly odd all the sales people trying to sell time shares all over the hotel . Breakfast staff were great and happy . The evening staff not so much . Overall it was a good stay and good value for money

The hotel is very good location also but room service is very bad even don’t have shampoo and brushing teeth also when call them need that’s things they give next day

Although slightly out of the way, the views and proximity to the beach are excellent. However, the service is quite poor and way below international standards. Most staff stand around and play with their phones (even the life guard). Breakfast is basic and doesn’t change from day-to-day. Some of the restaurant’s food is frankly embarrassing for any type of food outlet. The chefs should be quite ashamed to send it out. The pool is area is nice but worn out. No one cleans it during the day and tables are dirty. The loungers have seen better days. English language is quite rare apart from the receptionists, which to be fair, they’re probably the best staff there. The potential of the hotel is there - just needs good management and training. Do better!

I liked this hotel. Service is good, breakfast delicious and the rooms are quiet and spacious. There's a lot of party and noise at the hotel pool, though. So if you're looking for a quiet place, the pool is not for you.

A beautiful view a little far from the center but it was worth it, quiet place in a good neighborhood excellent facilities 10/10 ⭐️

The hotel was GREAT. They could still work on the cleanliness, but otherwise it was great. The food and staff were top notch. Always helpful and on hand. The location is a bit out of the way, but that didn't bother us as we were using UBER. I would recommend it to everyone. A great holiday, great hotel, would definitely visit again!

I really liked the hotel, but the approach to buying the shares is extremely unpleasant, they don't stop bothering you until you agree to go to the "30-minute" meeting, which actually lasted 1:30h.

Very good hotel. Well located facing the beach. A little far from Ipanema and Copacabana beaches but metro station 700 meters away. Staff attentive to customers. On the other hand, for a stay of 10 days, regarding half-board, no choice between evening or midday. Only in the evening. the dishes hardly vary from one evening to the next. Hearty breakfast for any tourist (Anglo-Saxon, European, Brazilian, etc.) Spacious room. Magnificent view of the ocean. Small downside: unheated outdoor swimming pool (in June)

Architecturally impeccable, very good facilities. The staff was very unmotivated, little cleanliness in the common areas, the restaurant service was very bad and the waiter service was also bad. I recommend staying only by booking at a convenient price, otherwise it's not worth it.

The Hotel is simply incredible! I've been there other times, but I'm always surprised! Friendly staff, perfect breakfast! Super fast and prompt room service. And the room was impeccable! The view is wonderful, there is no way to get tired or sick. I will definitely be back more often!

Check in unnecessary wait There was only one towel in the room Vista wasn't for the Sea and there were many with empty views Cockroach in the bathroom I've stayed in Other cheaper hotels in Rio and I didn't have these setbacks
