Well located hotel. Copacabana to the left, Ipanema to the right. Everything is within walking distance. Good breakfast. Sensational premium room. We loved it. We will be back!

There is a lack of cleaning, maintenance and staff, we returned to the room at 4 pm and it was not made up, the reception had not noticed. Electronic keys failed every day. There were no towels (we had to ask for 2 days), TV was damaged.

I really liked the hotel! Attentive staff, good service, clean, bright rooms, and also spacious! There are two large full-length mirrors (I love it). The location is convenient: the metro, the beaches of Ipanema and Copacabana are a 5-minute walk away, there are restaurants and a grocery store nearby.
Breakfast is served in a delicious buffet format. I counted 10 types of fruits and berries!

It is not a 4 star hotel experience. The room was not tidied up even though we spent most of the day out of the room, the change of towels had to be requested twice, after arriving from the beach and not being able to shower with clean towels (and even the new one they brought was stained and dry like sandpaper), the air conditioning in the common areas (entrance hall and cafe area) was not working for two days on the two hottest days of the year in Rio, and the breakfast is good, but nothing spectacular. Rooms with large beds and good facilities. Bad wifi.
