Good hotel, but no luck with the room. Dirty table and ceiling, cobwebs near the air conditioner. Honestly, the Internet does not work, that is, the Internet signal disappears.

For the price a pretty reasonable hotel, remodelled rooms which are fairly small, good buffet breakfast.
It's about a 20 minute walk to two metro stations although I wouldn't want to do that at night time as there are a lot of street people.

I wasn't satisfied with the details. The flushing in the room was small, and when I washed my hands, my hands were hit, and the drain valve was immediately clogged and the water leaked. The room was not very sunny.
細かい所で満足いかなかったです。部屋の水まわりが小さくて手洗い時に手が当たったり、すぐに排栓が詰まったりして水が漏れたりしました。また日当たりが悪かったです。しかし日本人の感覚で言ってるのでこれが普通かもしれません。（すいません、写真忘れました）

A very friendly hotel, which focuses on getting a good nights rest. The only issue was I tried to get some water before sleeping but the hotel didn't serve any water.

Good location and polite receptionists, but the hotel needs some renovation and adjustments. Some observations: Damaged bathroom cabinet, old towels, dirty curtains, no place to hang wet clothes, unstable internet, dishes and other breakfast utensils not properly cleaned, dirty microwave.
There is no parking, and the prices charged by Andrade Network partners are high.
