Great hotel with restaurants and shops nearby. The selaron steps, pyramid cathedral etc are 10-15mins walking distance from the hotel. Fantastic staff at the hotel who are super helpful and informative. The room was big and clean, with a street/city view, and the shower room was a little on the small side but functional. Breakfast at the hotel was decent with a range of options available. I’m a vegetarian and had enough to eat. The hotel provides free coffee and free fruit infused water downstairs in the lobby area, which is an added bonus. A taxi from the airport to the hotel, and back again, should only cost you 70 riais at most each way, which was around £12/$14/€15. Would defo recommend this hotel. Thank you again :-)

This is the worst hotel I have encountered in business travel for so many years, not one of them. It was so bad that I couldn't find my order when I got to the front desk, so bad that I was charged extra for breakfast when I left the store, so bad that I lost my luggage. Do not go to this hotel.

A negative point was that I made the reservation through trip and the voucher said that the payment for the hotel would be made by trip. However, at the hotel, they said I should pay there, even though I showed the voucher. As a result, I have two charges on my credit card (trip and hotel). It would have to be resolved with the hotel.

Hotel bem localizado. Boas comodidades no quarto . Limpo e arejado. Ar condicionado full on rs. Café da manhã saboroso. Funcionários da recepção cordiais e sempre de prontidão. Gostei bastante.

Ótimo hotel , bem central e com um ótimo café da manhã , perto de tudo das principais áreas.

O quarto é bom. O café razoável, mas o hotel não tem esteutura nenhuma. É só para dormir mesmo. E sair a naquele local é complicado

Super nette Rezeptionistin. Ich kaum nach langer Reise aus Deutschland über Portugal bereits morgens im Hotel an und konnte schon früh einchecken und mich schlafen legen. Auch meine Anfrage nach einem Zimmer zur ruhigen Rückseite des Hotels wurde positiv erfüllt. Ich hatte hier schon vor einigen Jahren übernachtet und es hat sich meiner Meinung nach nicht geändert. Genauso sauber wie damals, schnelles Internet, gutes Frühstücks Buffet. Dazu sehr freundliches Personal. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Werde auf jeden Fall bei meiner Rückreise nach Deutschland wieder hier buchen

Boa localização, limpo, café da manhã muito bom, fui bem atendido, so falta melhorar a qualidade dos canais a cabo e o tamanho das TVs.
