The sea view room has a great view, the room is a bit small, and the breakfast is very rich

The hotel pool was not in operation and I witnessed one of the employees at the hotel reception telling the guest that if he didn't want to wait for the guy to get his towel, he could just go to the beach without a towel …..

Fast service, comfortable and very clean room, great location. All within the expected standard.

Whenever possible I stay at the hotel, always very well received on site.

Cleaning and service was the worst… each day they only put 1 toilet paper in the room and there were days they didn’t even replace it. Still in the bathroom, we only had one body towel for each one. They didn't put a mat or towel for the face/hair. The bed was just made up with a duvet without any covers or sheets. At the reception they told us that we had breakfast included, and that it worked until 11 am and they didn't let us have breakfast either day nor did it work until 11 am. The staff doesn't know how the hotel itself works or how to see people's reservations. Worst of all, one day at 4 am the fire alarm started ringing and we had the scare of our lives. In the end it had been a technical problem. They never apologized for all these mistakes and didn't even seem concerned. I certainly won't be back

Hotel with an excellent location, and very good value for money as it is a hotel facing the beach, the only problem is the delay in service at the reception, as it is shared with another hotel of the same chain (Mercure) which is in the same building .

Unfortunately, early check-in is not allowed. When I asked to borrow plates and cutlery they said they couldn't borrow them. Very pessimistic receptionist by the way. I went to the restaurant to ask for it and they promptly lent it to me. I highly recommend the service at the hotel's restaurant.

Great service and location.

In general it is good, well located, in front of the beach. However, the room we stayed in was wheelchair accessible. I don't know if all hotel rooms are like this, but if not, it should be specified or even warned. I didn't need this adaptation and if someone else did, it wouldn't be available. Due to the adaptations, the bathroom was tight, the shower was not blindex, so it got very wet because the curtain did not hold the water, there were irons, which lost space and were separated.

Atendimento bom. Muito bem localizado na Barra da Tihuca. Custo benefício bom.
