Hotel with a very good structure, it is really in front of where the event that we were going to Rep Festival 2023 was going to take place

Stay was wonderful from Check-In to Checkout. The staff were wonderful, super polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite filling and with many options. I can't even describe the room, it's wonderful! From the comfort of the bed, the bedding and the view, it was wonderful. I will stay again whenever possible.

Great room, with beautiful view. The breakfast is good, but there could be more options for cold cuts, fries and drinks.

Quick check-in and the attendant Brenda was super helpful and attentive, getting a room adapted to my mother's needs. Extremely comfortable room, large beds and excellent shower. Great breakfast but with few employees to replenish it properly. The layout of the tables in the breakfast room could also be improved, as well as the wait for the replacement of consumed items. Good pool, but with a small area around it and few sunbeds. A bit far from the beach and shopping malls compared to the beach hotels, obviously. A few minutes by car from the Olympic Park and next to the Rio Centro. Elevator is also a little slow. Free parking.

We loved our stay, everything was wonderful… From cleaning, everyone's education, the restaurant and especially the breakfast. We leave a very tight hug to all the employees and thank you all so much for your affection.

Second time I've stayed at the hotel, and again everything was perfect.

My son and I were staying to watch a show. The reception was excellent. Very attentive and helpful. Comfortable, spacious room with amazing views. A hearty breakfast in a pleasant setting. Close to tourist attractions and very easy to access. I recommend. And, soon we will return.

Hotel perfeito, limpeza, atendimento, estrutura, restaurante, café da manhã, piscina e vista, tudo impecável! Com certeza voltaremos.

酒店環境衞生都特別好，離展館特別近，走路5分鐘左右，可以在酒店吃飯，去別的地方吃飯不太方便。湖邊景色特別好

Muito bom. Café da manhã não é aquela cooooisa de hotel mas é justo e fresquinho.

Tudo muito maravilhoso! É a 2ª vez que me hospedo nesse hotel. Dessa vez só fiquei um pouco mais chateada, porque eu sou intolerante a lactose e da 1ª vez tinha bem mais opções para intolerantes. No 1º dia no café da manhã, peguei a última fatia de queijo bem fininha e no 2º dia já não tinha mais opção nenhuma 😕
