LA atención de los empleados,bellísimas instalaciones, excelentes platos. Descanso Me encantó estar en la piscina en todo momento y la vista tan espectacular en cada entorno y recomiendo probar su tapado y su comida variada que es excepcional

El Nanajuana fue en su día un hotel de cinco estrellas que hace tiempo dejó de serlo. Tiene tres cosas excelentes: la ubicación de la piscina (y la propia piscina), el restaurante (excelentes comida y servicio) y la nevera de la habitación, que enfría muy bien. En el plano de lo mejorable está el servicio al huésped en recepción, las habitaciones (están desportilladas, con muchos desperfectos en la cama, el aire acondicionado y el baño) y la señalización mediante lámparas de luz nocturna de los senderos que comunican las habitaciones con el área central del establecimiento (los focos deslumbran a los huéspedes y los hacen desviarse del caminito).

The hotel is quite beautiful, very secured, in a marina with lots of birds and manicured grounds, yoga classes and nice pool area… the issues I faced were: 1) rented a 78 m2 premium room that was not the size, only 1 pillow per bed. 2) on arrival, bedsheets were dirty, also dead bugs in shower. 3) WiFi was weak, in and out 4) restaurant, didn’t follow instructions for salad 4) breakfast options are quite limited and less than healthy 5) Use mosquito repellent at dinner…

Siamo stati in questo resort nel mese di agosto 2024. Arrivati verso le 9 di sera siamo stati accompagnati da un membro dello staff nelle camere ( non ci ha nemmeno aiutato a portare le valigie !!! ). Invitati ad andare a cenare subito perché il ristorante chiudeva alle 10. Appena finito di cenare abbiamo provato a contattare la reception perché la stanza aveva le lenzuola sporche e gli asciugamani con capelli e peli. Non abbiamo trovato nessuno. Una signorina ci ha dato gentilmente degli asciugamani da piscina ma ci ha detto che la reception chiudeva alle 10. La mattina seguente nonostante le mie lamentele non ho ricevuto nemmeno le scuse. Non lo consiglio per una vacanza

We received an excellent service, food 5 stars, pool I would recommend to put a sign how deep it is, though. We were upgraded and it was super the master suite, anniversary deco was amazing too. Thanks to all staff. They did everyting to make us feel welcomed!

Hotel sem frigobar no quarto ! Sem secador de cabelo! Serviço no restaurante Cayena demorado! Café da manhã péssimo! Não tem nem água para tomar no café da manhã. Não se pode pedir mais de 2 ovos no omelete, mesmo dispensando os demais acompanhamentos. Tudo limitado muito limitado. Não se pode comer à vontade!

The reservation process was easy, the rooms aesthetic were nice. We reserved 2 bed room for my boys and my husband and myself. Each bed for whatever reason only had one pillow and 2 towels. The bathroom shower was horrible. Not enough pressure so we literally had to hug the shower wall in order to shower. The best thing was the pool and its view. The restaurant was ok. Everyone that worked there was polite and we did address the issues we had. The pillows were eventually brought to our room once we brought it to their attention twice. Overall it was nice but we would it stay there again.

El hotel colmó nuestras expectativas. Las instalaciones son maravillosas, nos encantó la piscina con el río al fondo, los jardines, etc. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, amplias y con un bonito diseño. El restaurante bueno. El servicio excelente
