Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Die Uferpromenade liegt vor der Haustür, Geschäfte, Restaurants und Busstation in Gehweite. Einige Zimmer mit Blick auf die Lagune. Freundliches Personal, alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Beim Frühstück leistet Robbi, der Hotelpapagei, den Gästen Gesellschaft. Rio Lagartos ist ein ausgesprochen schöner Ort in einer tollen Umgebung mit viel Wasser und vielen Wildtieren. Die Anreise via Tizimin mit dem Colectivo oder dem 2.Klasse-Bus ist etwas zeitaufwändig, doch es lohnt sich.
