Our experience at this hotel was wonderful! We purchased accommodation for two adults and a baby with the hot park included, breakfast and dinner.
The reception is very good, you drive your car onto the walkway in front and people come to help you with a cart to carry your bags, the car is stored in the parking lot with access at any time, all the information is provided at check in. and after any doubts were resolved, we received two door cards and two magnetic badges that were used for the entire stay and also the entire stay in the park. It records the meals and everything else you want to buy, settling your account at the end of the stay. Dinner and breakfast with several islands of sweet and savory foods for all tastes. The hotel has a swimming pool, laundry, they provide towels for the park (at a cost), the hygiene products are fantastic, water was available, air conditioning and television. Large and cozy space. All the staff are attentive and helpful, especially Sebastian at reception who helped us several times. Regarding the transfer to the park, it takes every 20 minutes and we never need to wait longer than that (despite some people saying otherwise in their reviews).

We had a great time but left with a wicked stomach bug. Both my kids had to go to the hospital and get an IV. Perhaps they should monitor and request that families with sick children isolate as to avoid contamination and have their staff serve the food instead of buffet style, where everyone is talking and sneezing on top of the food. Chegamos ao Hotel e fomos super bem atendidos pela recepção!! Nosso quarto estava sempre limpo e tudo organizado!! Amamos as refeições e todas as preparações oferecidas!! Nosso carro ficou na garagem o tempo todo e não precisamos usá-lo para ir ao complexo, pois o HotPark disponibiliza ônibus com ar condicionado 24h por dia para as piscinas!! As pessoas da limpeza sempre educadas e prestativas!! Amamos nossa estadia e com certeza voltaremos para aproveitar mais dias!!

O parque das fontes é o único grande atrativo. O Hotel Giargino continua lindo, com um belo serviço de café e jantar. Porém o empenho dos colaboradores em atender demandas dos hóspedes é quase nulo. Estávamos com uma aniversariante e não conseguimos nem ao menos um parabéns n hora do jantar. Outro ponto negativo é terem tirado a cama do quarto Júnior, que na reserva tem clara a informação que comporta 4 pessoas. Infelizmente não temos mais a intenção de voltar e essa foi nossa terceira ida.

Lugar lindo e acomchegante. Ambiente limpo e funcionários educados! Nosso carro ficou na garagem o tempo todo e não precisamos usá-lo para ir ao complexo, pois o HotPark disponibiliza ônibus com ar condicionado 24h por dia para as piscinas!! Ar condicionado quebrou de madrugada, manutenção chegou após quase 03 horas, Limparam o quarto nas não trocaram as toalhas Ar condicionado do restaurante quebrado no horário do café da manhã... Local muito quente. Poucos funcionários para atender demanda grande de pessoas.
