Food was good. The service time seemed too early. Breakfast should be included. All the other hotels included it.

Nice lobby with 24 hours coffee and water point. Parking is a bit convoluted but accessible. Convenient location, bathroom is clean and great water pressure.

We stayed in this hotel. It was clean and hygienic, and the bedding was good, but there was a hot air balloon show, and the price was quite high, more than 3,000 per night.

I Had the unfortunate pleasure of choosing this property to visit while on official government business, under a civilian government rate. When I checked in, the front desk clerk asked me for my official orders. I told them I am a civilian, non-military federal employee on official business and that we do not receive orders for the work that we do, which is to examine banks (a confidential activity). They said without orders, I would not be eligible to receive the government rate and would have to pay the regular price for the room, which would unfortunately exceed the allowable amount under federal regulations for official government employee travel. In other words, I would have to go to a different hotel. I pointed out I have been a bank examiner for over 17 years and have stayed at Hilton brands almost exclusively that entire time. In all my years and in all my stays, I have never encountered this specific issue. I have always been asked for my official credentials, and that has been sufficient to obtain the government rate while on official duty. I also added that I happen to have status with this brand given my high degree of travel. None of that mattered. I called Hilton corporate offices and they confirmed the official policy does not require orders for government service, but noted individual properties can have policies that are far more specific than the corporate expectation. I confirmed that when booking at the specific hotel, there is a note that indicates they would be asking for orders for any type of government employee travel. Unfortunately, as with many federal agencies, my agency uses a travel service to book travel to help federal employees keep costs of travel down and within prescribed limitations. This means we often will not see individual property requirements like this (not that I was particularly looking for it given I have not encountered this issue in over 17 years of travel). As a result of this issue, I had to relocate at the last minute, but could not find any chain hotels that could accommodate official government rates on such short notice, compelling me to stay at a local *motel*. I have since refocused my official travel to be solely on Marriott brands, but believe this property’s management would benefit from the knowledge that their policy is highly restrictive, and does not apply to civilian government employee travel. Military government employees will have official orders, but other agencies will not, and depending on the reason for being unofficial travel, we could not disclose the nature of our work anyway.

Came in from a long road trip (8hrs +), and the front desk employee (James) was professional, friendly and accommodating. The following morning, the crew (Ashley) was very welcoming and knowledgeable when I ask questions and made small request. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Would recommend and would return for another visit.

After two flight delays we were checking in late . We arrive at the hotel to check in to be told they cannot accommodate us because housekeeping dropped the ball’ at no point in time were we contacted to notify us so we could make other arrangements . Our stay had been paid for 4 months in advance . So now we are out of a place to stay. With 3 kids and 2 adults. When asked for the manager was given a business card and said to give him a call cause he was busy. TERRIBLE customer service. I expected better out of Hilton.

The price on breakfast is a little steep. $12 price is appropriate for a breakfast price. The staff is wonderful and the proximity to a park is a plus.
