Days Inn by Wyndham Rio Rancho

Very nice recently remodeled room that was clean. Staff took care of a problem that would have impeded my check in 8 hours in advance so when I got there late all was smooth sailing. Parking lot felt safe for my car, there were cameras and it was well lit. It was located in a nicer quieter part of town. There is a target right across the street which is helpful for quick food.

This is our 2nd time there and once again the venue was pretty awesome. From the check in to the house keeping staff checking on us daily and giving us fresh towels. The location was clean, pool was nice and clean and the meals, as expected for a small continental meal. We will return soon.

Close to shopping. Clean room, comfortable bed and friendly front desk staff. Very satisfied with my stay.

I chose this location because of its proximity to the hospital we were going to the following day. The room was clean and the bed was actually comfortable. The access to the bathroom was really tight. The room had just the shower/tub combo and the toilet without much space to move around because the door swung in and took most of the room. The gentleman at the check in desk was very nice and helped me get a first floor room because my husband was having hip replacement surgery the next day and we needed easy access that night. Sadly, we did not get to use the pool or enjoy the breakfast because we had to leave so early for the hospital. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Customer service was horrible false advertisement on rooms there is no jacuzzi like in the pictures and that was one reason why we booked for the hotel. Also got a suite for my 10 year old son to sleep on the couch and the couch was disgustingly stained everywhere under the couch wasn’t cleaned old food and popcorn roach motel would not book at day inn ever again breakfast all they had was waffles and stale fruit loops and they also charge you $100 deposit before even entering the room and you do not get the deposit back in your bank until 5-7 days depending on bank

We loved the remodeled suite and that we were upgraded from a king room to a king suite with no up charge due to the fact that the motel was sold out. The staff was helpful and polite. We loved the decor, the extra space and the cleanliness of the room, the lobby and breakfast area. However, the food was more limited than the last 2 Days Inns that we stayed in, the bathroom area was smaller, and there was no jacuzzi. Overall it was a great stay!!!

Exceptionally clean. A bit dated but clean. Quiet. Will stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable. My complaint would have to do with the quality of the food offered. Some better tea choices and healthy items would be apriciated. Less higly processed food. And drinking water available, like a dispenser in the loby not bottles. The hot water was set a bit low. Not enough for a bath but fine for a shower.

Weather closed all the roads two days before. I tried to cancel and get a refund they refused so I’ll never stay there again.
