Excelente hotel, un desayuno bastante sustancioso y variado cada día y listo a la hora que uno indique, un detalle bastante útil cuando se programan actividades temprano en la mañana, con café o té disponible a cualquier hora. La habitación muy bonita, muy limpia, muy cómoda, sin ruidos molestosos. El internet rápido y el servicio de tv con buenas opciones de entretenimiento. La atención de los chicos es muy buena, muy atentos y muy diligentes en todo momento, sobre todo la chica que atiende. Me facilitaron el servicio de lavandería y servicio de meriendas. Yo no lo sabía, pero los taxistas me han indicado que la ubicación del hotel es en una zona muy segura, fueron las palabras de los taxistas. Está algo alejado del centro, pero es cosa máximo de 1 o 2 minutos en taxi. Pondero mucho la reposición diaria de los amenities de aseo, y en este sentido, el hotel se lleva mi mejor calificación en comparación con otros hoteles. Me repusieron todo de manera diaria, sin decirles nada. Si se mira bien, en días despejados, se tiene vista desde el jardín de los volcanes que rodean a Riobamba. Definitivamente, muy recomendado.
