This was our first trip to Sicily and we had heard that taxis could be costly. I asked the reception to book me a taxi to avoid being ripped off. The taxi they booked me cost 35 Euros for 3.7 miles! Do not trust this hotel!

Peccato, la struttura è carina, sistemata la piscina molto bella e anche la zona è molto comoda, intorno c’è praticamente tutto, ma mancano o servizi da 4 stelle, in piscina nessun bagnino che si occupi della zona, la tenda nel piatto doccia è una cosa che non si può vedere, peccato anche x la colazione, visto le prelibatezze che offre la terra, la colazione è abbastanza povera, è un peccato perché potrebbe essere veramente un 4 stelle, ah il Wi-Fi veramente SCARSO!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura lo scorso fine settimana. La nostra esperienza è stata positiva. Personale cordiale e disponibile, camera confortevole adeguatamente rinfrescata, fantastica vista mare. Abbiamo trovato all'interno del frigobar 2 bottigliette d'acqua, la biancheria era adeguata, ed anche il bagno risulta abbastanza fornito. Colazione a buffet abbondante per tutti i gusti. Molto graziosa la zona piscina. Contrariamente a quanto leggo, il bagnino era presente! Bella l'idea dell'aperitivo in terrazza. A nostro avviso, avremmo gradito della musica in sottofondo e un po più di gente. Magari servirebbe ad invogliare gli ospiti a parteciparvi 😊

si nota subito che si tratta si una struttura datata, hanno fatto dei lavori di ammodernamento lasciando intatte le cose vecchie, sanitari e rubinetterie macchiati e con segni di una scarsa cura nella pulizia, buchi nei muri rattoppati, nella nostra camera "superior" hanno lasciato la vecchia vasca da bagno, materassi con molle abbastanza scomodi, gli asciugamani erano vecchi e usurati, segno di poca attenzione anche da parte del personale addetto al controllo. Dalle foto viste in fase di prenotazione ci aspettavamo una struttura più ospitale...le aspettative sono andate deluse.

Potrebbe essere un hotel 4 stelle ma non lo è...personale cordiale e tutto fare...il personale di sala si alterna anche alla reception. Acqua della piscina pulita ma tutto intorno vige lo stato di abbandono. Attenzione alla piscina non è segnalato il livello dell'acqua...la pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare in generale. Al bar non ci sono nemmeno i cucchiaini e il menù del ristorante (aperto solo la sera senza aria condizionata) è sempre uguale. Frigo in camera praticamente inutile. Se non fosse nello stato di abbandono in cui si trova sarebbe una buona struttura. Sicuramente non è 4 stelle

Accueil parlant anglais, chambre assez grande pour 4, bonne literie mais oreillers a remplacer. Trop peu d’équipements fournis pour faire sécher serviettes et maillots.

Beautiful and comfortable room. Amazing view of Etna from our room and balcony. Staff was very gentle and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were both very tasty. Very clean. A little confusing finding your room in the second building.

We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay, reception team very welcoming, friendly, pleasant, informative and professional. Rooms extremely well presented. Cleaned daily and towels changed daily. A fridge with complimentary water to start you off and a pop to local shop to buy some more. Rooms have A/C (good once it's mastered). Bed we found comfortable with clean sheets daily. Well down to cleaning personnel. Swimming pool great always a lounger no need to reserve with a towel, the beach is a stones throw away with a bathing bay although it's a bit rocky. On leaving a deck was installed for the public. Afternoon/evening on the roof, well done to all the staff, again welcoming, professional and helpful. Excellent views to the front the sea and behind is Etna. Breakfast plenty on offer great selection of continental. It can get busy at times, always topped up when food gets low, Staff are very helpful and if it's not there just ask,they always oblige. Location is great for the town, lovely walks there's old and new buildings (mostly old). Shops and restaurants near by and lots of choices. Railway station not far and cheap to use, so your not far from Catania or Taormina. Overall we had a lovely time here. Big thank you to all the staff for a pleasant stay. 😊
