Shivlok Hotel experience has been very dirty. When I checked into this hotel they told me some rates and when I was checking out they told me some more rates. When I wanted to know about it, they said that there must have been some mistake in listening to you, we had told this rate. I could not do much as the hotel staff were ready to fight and I was with the family. If you want to make your trip a good one, then don't forget to stay at this hotel.
