In pieno stile anni 60/70. E da allora non hanno mai cambiato arredamenti,sanitari,rubinetteria etc. Mai stato in un hotel dove manca il bidet... ed avrei dovuto chiederlo (sigh) ! Bagno bocciato, stanza 119 da chiudere! Riva comunque è un gioiello.

terrible, never again. At 22:00 they will lock the garden behind the hotel and you can't do anything except in the hot room where you don't even have a refrigerator....they won't let you take your own water or fruit to the pool, just nothing,,,,but the Italians could still the garden, food and drink.....the owner's husband kept coming and calling her constantly when someone brought something to the pool in the garden...just the usual disgusting terror. avoid this hotel for 1000 miles

It's a simpel budget friendly hotel with a lovely staff. It has all the basic needs you need at Riva del Garda. The breakfast is also simpel but good. No Airco on the room but we had the room with the balcony and a nice fan keeps the room at a doable temperatuur

Struttura in buona posizione, dotata di parcheggio gratuito interno, bel giardino con piscina, dove può essere consumata la prima colazione, spazi comuni ampi e accoglienti. Contesto silenzioso. Ho fruito di camera tripla con spazi generosi, letti davvero comodissimi e finestra con vista sulla piscina e sulle montagne che digradano verso il Garda. Colazione eccellente, con prodotti di qualità elevata e in grado di accontentare tutti i gusti. Personale gentile, accogliente e professionale. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Tornerei certamente volentieri.

Cortesia ed estrema disponibilità da parte della direzione e dello staff. Hotel a 15' a piedi dal lago e dal vicino centro commerciale. Ambienti un pò datati ma assolutamente puliti e decorosi. Delle lenzuola così pulite e setose non le ho viste nemmeno in un 4 stelle! Colazione ottima con prodotti freschi e di qualità. A presto!

Semplice hotel a 2 stelle con piscina spaziosa adatta ai bambini, camera 21 spaziosa con arredi un po' vintage ma credo che sia adeguato al prezzo, colazione abbondante e buona, ma le 5 stelle le do soprattutto per la disponibilità che ci hanno dato sia per gli orari di arrivo che di uscita. In sostanza di competenza

Albergo a conduzione familiare, la signora alla reception molto gentile e preparata. Piscina pulita e gradevole atmosfera. Nella nostra stanza no stia condizionata ma pale a soffitto che hanno rinfrescato stanza (peraltro pur essendo giornate calde non ho risentito della temperatura). Colazione valida con buon cappuccio. Vicino al lago (10 min a piedi) in zona silenziosa e poco trafficata.Rapporto qualità prezzo più che buono.

Soggiornato con la famiglia, ritengo questa sturttura un oasi di pace e tranquillità. Ottima la nuova gestione della nuova proprietaria gia nel settore da anni. Colazione molto completa e di qualità. Grande plus è la piscina curata ed immersa nel verde. Sicuramente ci ritornerò.
