rented 3 rooms for a local festival. fair price for what u get. good location. was of quality. walking distance to ihop and all amenities. beds are comfortable. the couch is better than expected. epic sound proofing. the hotel staff was really helpful and friendly. lots of parking. internet lagged a bit, was annoying when i was trying to stream pornographic materials to consummate with my soon to be wife. no safe in the room though, makes me feel unsafe. left passports in the fridge.

Really happy with our stay at this Hampton Inn. We were attending an event at the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino so I was horrified when I first saw the $400+ rates for that weekend within San Bernardino & was grateful to find a great deal in comparison at this Hampton Inn in downtown Riverside. I was also extremely thankful for the amazingly fast service I received at check in -- the front desk guy literally got me all checked in in 2 min -- since we were running a little late for our event after hitting traffic on the way down from Monterey.
I can't really think of any cons we encountered, but other pros include: hotel parking was within their own security-watched lot behind a gate so we didn't have to worry about our car or anything in it, mini fridge AND microwave in our room, super comfortable bed/pillows, noon checkout!

I really like staying at this hotel. The only one downfall is the continental breakfast is expensive. Not worth it at all. The pool is really large enough for multiple families to enjoy. The rooms can be upgraded. But overall it's nice to stay with fam.

This Hilton hotel is worthy of the name, the details are good, the location is right next to the highway, and the traffic is convenient. It is a 10-minute drive from the desert Ole. The swimming pool, gym and laundry room are all available. The American breakfast is rich. Coffee, apples and bananas are available at any time. My Boyfriend and I had a staycation went glen ivy Staybridge is minutes away from glen ivy . Overall I feel satisfied with my stay some the furniture in our room was bit rundown especially the little sofa in the bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and was clean . I wish both bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner in it only one did , it was locked so we could take in the other restroom . Also I used the laundry room only one washer was available and it smelled, the other washers were I guess broken because they had no door on them . I wanted to use the pool but every day we were there it was occupied with a group of children. Staff was friendly. But I didn’t understand why they called my room to see if I was checking out it was only 8:00 am check out was at 11:00. I will probably not stay again .

Came here for to work as a remote office one day. Fairly newer property, located off the 15 Freeway in Corona. Lots of free parking, and it appears that in the Non-COVID world they offer a free hot breakfast. On this visit it was just a grab and go bag. The property is very clean, and the employees all take the appropriate safeguards(masks, gloves as needed, plexiglass barriers). Like some other properties they do not label things as clean and sanitized, but the rooms are well kept, so bring your own disinfectant if you desire. The rooms are large, a separate sofa desk area, a small wet bar, and a generous sleeping area. The wifi is very good, so it made remote work so much easier. The business center is ”closed” as are most of the common areas for now. My only downside is that while i enjoy a good cigar, at most properties smoking is either not allowed on the property, or the designated area is in ”back” away from most customers. The smoking area at this property is right in front next to the hotel entrance, so i can see how some people may be turned off by this. Location may also be a challenge, which although right off the freeway, you still have a bit of a drive off the freeway exit to reach the property. It is located in a mixed use Residential/Commercial area, so there are not many walkable amenities nearby, but if you have a car there are many options. Overall a good stay, great value, and would definitely come back if i were in need of a room in the area.

This is a great hotel. Super clean, spacious and outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it was just one great experience. And not only that, they are even going above and beyond any service I have experienced so far. We were there for the soccer tournament and by mistake the cleaning ladies took my sons jersey. But great service shows when somebody tries everything to help. Not only did they look for the jersey but they even mailed it to my home address. My son was so happy. Great job

Hilton's service was really good. The front desk woman had a bad attitude. She lied to him with millions of disgusted expressions. I asked the hotel if I could change the double bed and told me to increase the price. I booked a landscape room and gave me a room on the road. Although Ctrip had a little money back, the poor receptionist called and asked why she complained? Lie and say we are going to change our twin bed for free, we give up ourselves. Hilton has encountered bad reception many times, and his friendliness is 108,000 miles behind Marriott. In the future, he will still live less in Hilton and can only rely on low prices to attract customers.

Hotel was very new and it was nice. Staff was professional but the hotel was a little bit pricey at 250 US Dollars after tax. I think this hotel is very new so I guess I understand the justification for such a high price point. The hotel includes a decent breakfast and also has a swimming pool and did let us check in 1 hour early. My boyfriend's mother was surprised that I picked holiday in express but she was very pleased with my decision and we got two rooms. I would return there but have to think twice about dropping $250 US dollars. Must be cheaper in the summer and perhaps not on a weekend when there was something special in town. I got the Holiday Inn Express on this wonderful website and it was literally 100 US dollars per night per room cheaper. Thank you trip.com

Their staff is willing to lend a helping hand in everything and anything. I will continue to come here for years to come. This was my first time coming on a non-holiday week and it was the best ever! It was peaceful and quiet and a nice change of scenery. The people that come to stay at Embarc are always pleasant and friendly as well. Overall, a place to guarantee a pleasant vacation. Everything you need is in your room, and if you need extra kitchen supplies not equipped in the kitchen, it is just a call away to the front desk...easy! They have supplies stored away to keep sanitized due to covid that you can check out at the front desk, which are fun to pass the time. They have pool table supplies, air hockey, pickle ball, basketball and more. You can also choose which movie to show at their theater (a must do)! Highly recommend this place!!!!

It’s a museum in itself and has a few restaurant options, a lounge with live music, pool had a DJ when we were there. It was a perfect weekend getaway! Highly recommend this property.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic. There are plenty of good restaurants, bars, shops within walking distance and walking is easy since the city of Palm Springs is basically flat! I parked in the hotel lot and walked everywhere I wanted to go. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar but I knew this when I booked so no problem. They do have a small cantina type room where you can buy snacks, some sandwiches, drinks, coffee, etc and ice machines everywhere. The service was very good, all employees where helpful and friendly. My room was very clean and good sized with a large bathroom. The room location was also good, on the ground floor near the pool with a view of a parklike courtyard. The pool was large and crowded (I arrived on Saturday afternoon) and everyone seemed to be having a good time. I took a dip the next morning right after maintenance finished cleaning the pool and was the only one there, it was great! I will definitely stay again at the Palm Mountain Resort.

MMaps59715456347Immediately upon arriving at this location I felt uneasy, nervous, afraid! There were men sitting in cars in the parking lot and others sitting on the stairs. All of them seemed to be watching me as I got in and got out of my car. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I told the young lady at the front desk (Ada) about my apprehensions. She was sympathetic and explained to me that she does think it’s fairly safe there but that there are cholo‘s a.k.a. Latino gang members who live on site. This was not the place for me to stay with my two small children. I had a 7 day reservation but only stayed one night (that was only because it was almost 9pm when I checked in, my boys and I were exhausted as we’d been on the road for several hours. I had a little difficulty canceling the reservation although the manager said I could. It took several hours and several calls to corporate/customer service for the cancellation to actually take place. Oh, and housekeeping came in and threw away some of my things as I was loading my vehicle..

My favorite part about staying at holiday inns is the line they carry for there restroom amenities, they smell so great! I never take anything but the remainder lotion I make sure to take with me!

GGuest UserFirst time staying at this best western, transients hang out in the front and side of the location all day. They had old Refrigerators sitting outside taking up limited parking. Parking lot was flooded so you step in 4” of water when getting out of your vehicle. Now the room; sticky stuff on the floor, mold in the top coroner of the shower where condensation build up happens and they don’t wipe, sticky stuff on the office desk, the window ac unit has tons of dirt piled in the vents and isn’t cooling to temperature because the coils are neglected, long hairs attached to clean towels, dog hair (no pet aloud room) still on the ground. Tile missing grout in the restroom…this was room 102 on the first floor. In the Concierge room someone brought in leaking liquids and it’s all on the ground visible and sticky (this was the 2nd impression) I spent most of the night cleaning and sanitizing because I had two young kids with me. I do not recommend this hotel at this cost. It’s better then most hotels in the city of hemet but their service standards are not up to par and neither is the housekeepers. We skipped on the free breakfast due to negligence in room-can only assume what kitchen looks like.

WWattsBusiness trip turned pleasure trip. Decided to join my spouse for his business trip near Palm Springs. I was looking for a hotel with clean rooms, that allowed pets with a reasonable fee. Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort and Spa went way beyond what I was hoping for. Friendly and helpful staff, bar with live entertainment, game room, miniature putt putt, and plenty of outdoor seating areas with fire pits. Offered the needed security for work vehicle. Enjoyed daily walks on the property. luxury rooms fix for two guest with sliding glass doors to open patio with sitting area. Restaurant food was exceptional, however limited selection and expensive (don’t forget to mention daily room discount like we did). About 30 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs, 10 mins to multiple shopping and food locations. A true 5 Star hotel!

GGuest UserThis is my go-to hotel in the desert. I know there are many places to stay in DHS but Aqua Soleil is THE spot. Try all the spots, which was my original plan, but when I went here, I never tried any other places because I am so happy and comfortable here . I know, it sounds over-the-top but this place is ALWAYS CLEAN and if something comes up the staff is there to help. The pool is clean and centrally located in the middle of the hotel so you can look out and see the pool, jacuzzi and mineral spring pool, surrounded by tall trimmed palms on all 4 corners of the inner area of the hotel. This place is across the street from a Grocery Outlet so you can make a store run if you need stuff. It is at the beginning of the strip in Desert Hot Springs, right off the main road so if you keep traveling down the main road, go get food/drinks/a few little shops - the do flip a U and go right back to the hotel. There are fridges in the rooms and a community microwave on the first floor outside and vending machines for sodas inside the main lobby. I have been coming here for the past 2+ years. They are constantly making improvements and keeping up with maintenance. There is also a small population of doves that chill on the railing 🤍 of the third floor.

GGuest UserThe entire hotel staff made me feel very welcomed to the property. I felt very much at home. Alec always goes out of his way to ensure I'm happy. The entire property has a terrific vibe, and it's definately a diverse crowd. All are welcome!
