There was no available water in the room or at the counter. Water had to be purchased.

The room is large, clean and tidy, with a refrigerator and microwave, and the sanitation is wet and dry. Good breakfast, scrambled eggs and sausages or meatloaf, you can make waffles yourself, and the omelet that you are doing now, it tastes good, basically come one every day, see someone give a tip, there is no give, I also gave it once . There are various shops in the neighborhood, Wal-Mart, target, costco, Best Buy, Macy's, Starbucks, etc. There are also some restaurants, but not the ones that are close together. We have stores in addition to our own neighborhoods, other neighborhoods. It’s all driven by car, and it’s a few minutes. Free parking.

This has been my go to hotel for several years now while visiting my family in Yucaipa. After many happy visits there my last visit was unacceptable in every way. I had to make a trip to help with a family health issue. First, I made my 3 day reservation two weeks in advance online through IHG like normal. The price was nearly 3 times what it had been a year earlier. Two days later I needed to add one more day. The person I talked to from the IHG website said that I couldn't make a change to the reservation because it had been more than 24 hours past the ”cancellation date” and I would end up having to pay for the entire stay if I cancelled that reservation and made a new one with 4 days. He said he had no ability to simply add one more day to my existing reservation. This is still nearly two weeks out. I asked them how we can solve the issue... to simply add one more day. The answer after 45 minutes on the phone with them: Make a new reservation for one day. Fine. The day I arrived I wanted to make it clear that I wanted to not change rooms after the 3rd day and they agreed. I had minor issues with the keys not working on 2 of the 3 days but that's happened before. No biggie. The breakfast they offered was a joke all 4 days. I finally had to take photos the final day. I understand not having hot food due to covid but the mini fridge literally had a few yogurt cups, uncrustables and bean burritos (not a breakfast choice typically but okay) bagels and milk. The buffet had a few oatmeal packets, the cereal was well stocked and there were green oranges, a green banana and ketchup and hot sauce packets. Juice and coffee was well stocked. When I had to ”check out” after the 3rd night I went to the front desk to do that. We closed out the first reservation and they asked for my credit card to pay for the final day. Card was declined because they had 3 pending charges from the hotel for a total of nearly $1600 (3 days were supposed to be at $750ish) and that amount was encumbered against my credit line. I showed those charges to the staff. ”Sorry, that's out of our control” They wanted to charge my card for the 3rd night for another $155 which took the encumbered amount over $1700. I literally had to make a payment to my credit card in order to book my room for that third night. Once that was resolved I was greeted with.. ”I hope I can keep you in the same room”. 10 minutes later it finally happened. I complained to IHG corporate ( a person titled: (name witheld: eMedia Coordinator) after the trip about what happened and would want some sort of compensation from the unacceptable situation. I received a return email stating they were sorry but couldn't do anything and they referred me back to the hotel management. The hotel management called and said they were sorry but it was IHG's issue because they did the reservation but here's our ”standard $50 credit toward my next stay”. Those were exact words. My Boyfriend and I had a staycation went glen ivy Staybridge is minutes away from glen ivy . Overall I feel satisfied with my stay some the furniture in our room was bit rundown especially the little sofa in the bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and was clean . I wish both bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner in it only one did , it was locked so we could take in the other restroom . Also I used the laundry room only one washer was available and it smelled, the other washers were I guess broken because they had no door on them . I wanted to use the pool but every day we were there it was occupied with a group of children. Staff was friendly. But I didn’t understand why they called my room to see if I was checking out it was only 8:00 am check out was at 11:00. I will probably not stay again .

This hotel is in a good location off I-10. We only stayed here as it was a convenient stopping point on our road trip to get to our next destination. The hotel is nice looking from the outside. Plenty of parking. Front desk staff were not particularly friendly. The room though, was dirty. There were food crumb on on the desk, below the desk, and on the desk chair. In the bath, there were several pillowcases left behind from somewhere. The toilet had not been cleaned properly. The shower doors are covered with soap scum and the shower itself has soap remnants, hair, and had also not been cleaned properly. I sure would not recommend this hotel and am baffled why anyone would. Unless you have low standards. Holiday Inn now seems to be the lowest class of hotels.

This Hilton hotel is worthy of the name, the details are good, the location is right next to the highway, and the traffic is convenient. It is a 10-minute drive from the desert Ole. The swimming pool, gym and laundry room are all available. The American breakfast is rich. Coffee, apples and bananas are available at any time. Many foreigners, especially the elderly, who travel with dogs are very humane. The accommodation deposit is charged at $ 20, which will be refunded immediately after check-out.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside to our trip were the strong sewage smell outside of the hotel, at the entrance. It was persistently present each time we accessed the building. Another smell on the second floor was as string but not offensive, like vinegar near rooms # 210-220. My daughter thought it smelled like a dentist’s office. Smells aside, the halls are brightly lighted and clean with inspirational quotes on each door. Continental breakfast was served daily and the pool was open, though we were too busy to enjoy it. He fitness room remained closed due to the pandemic. We would stay here again fir the convenience on/off the 91 freeway. The beds were not luxury but not terrible. They could be improved with a memory foam topper.

The environment and location of the hotel are ok, but the service is not satisfactory. Ctrip stated that the in-store breakfast plus $11, but the hotel charged $38 according to the rack rate, communicated with the front desk, and showed the Ctrip order note, but let us find Ctrip. The parking fee was obviously $18, and the credit card charge was $25. Later, I went to Ctrip's customer service to recover it. Ctrip's after-sales service is as good as always. The hotel’s random chargeback phenomenon, I still hope that the friends who stay in check the bill.

The location is very good, and the conditions are stronger than the average motel. Clean and hygienic, warm. Can't fault it, and you don't need a bike at this price point. Hope to come again in the future

I would highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. I was traveling as a single woman and felt safe staying there alone. I was impressed with the breakfast offering each day, as there were hot as well as cold options, and it was better than you might expect from most complimentary breakfast buffets. I met one of the maids in the hallway and asked her to empty my wastebaskets (I wasn't due to have service, unless specifically requested). Anyway, she went above and beyond in tending to several items in my room. Also, the older gentleman in the breakfast area my second morning (2/19) was greatly helpful. So, just wanted to compliment the staff at this location.
