The room was OK, but considering the cost, over £200 per night for what is basically a Travel Lodge by UK standards, I expected it to be a lot better.
The bed was comfortable, fixtures and fittings utensils etc.. were basic.
Unfortunately we had to change rooms as the TV is all internet based and it was not possible to watch anything in the 1st room as the internet was so bad, we heard others complain about poor internet as well. Unfortunately in the 2nd room, the to programmes we watched did buffer quite a lot as the internet signal was very up and down.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in, the staff were unpleasant to talk with, room service couldn’t simply replace an empty bottle of soap even after asking them multiple times, the condition of the bathroom is kept to a minimum standard, in the middle of the night other occupants at the hotel were noisey and abrasive and staff did nothing about it and to top it off they don’t mention to you that you need to pay a $200 deposit upfront that wont come back for a MONTH, pathetic excuse of accommodation. I do not recommend.

Room seems to be quite un-sealed, so during winter will tend to be more colder. Bed sheets are also poor.

The wi-fi was bad from day 1 we arrived. Been reporting to the reception but still connection very bad.

Terrible sleep, large party of girls above our room slamming doors and being excessively loud which kept us awake, then a brawl broke out early AM which woke us up. Also the room we were in overlooked the car park and was extremely bright to the point I had to cover my eyes with a shirt
