Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences Singer Island

Do not believe excellent reviews. Read the terrible reviews. They are all spot on. It’s very sad because many of the employees are very nice and tried very hard to please us. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke and since this is a health and wellness resort, that’s beyond unacceptable. I had to spend half my second day there trying to get someone to do something about the smell as well as the filthy floor in our room. The manager offered to return the resort fee of $45 per day but my husband felt it wasn’t enough considering we were paying over $900 a night for our room and left a message for him to call back. The call was never returned. We asked to have room changed and were told there was no room to give us even though the hotel seemed pretty empty. Amrit is a Highgate property and until it is up to that standard, we won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend anyone else go. Highgate should step in and get this place up to speed. Disgraceful.

One word to describe this luxurious hotel. BREATHTAKING The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, outstanding food and the staff is very friendly. My birthday dinner was outstanding at Tula. The lobster ravioli and the squash risotto was to die for. Best birthday dinner!

The hospitality and presentation were great!!! I enjoyed the cassava chip and lobster ravioli. Lulu is a gracious server. We had a lovely evening! Thank you for having us. We will definitely come again and I'm excited to see what Sunday brunch has in store.

Amazing property, wonderful staff, ocean views for days, and a true escape to reset and relax. This is a one of a kind property if you’re into wellness. They have everything from a healthy menu to glassware that makes you happy. The decor is calming and absolutely love the staircase that makes you feel like you’re inside a sea shell. The wellness innovation is first class with old school proven practices with a modern incorporated design. After my experience, I felt 10 years younger!
