Sorprendente. La realtà supera le foto del sito.Camere spaziose con bagno grande e letto molto comodo anche nella versione doppia standard. Ampio parcheggio e varia ed abbondante colazione a buffet degna di nota. Un tre stelle abbastanza recente,tenuto bene e con prezzo più che accettabile.Camera non vista in lontananza del Castello di Rivoli...il giorno la vista è meno romantica ma non è quello il targhet

Soggiorno per lavoro in questa struttura da 5 anni, con continuità e facendo pernottare altri colleghi. Per posizione, parcheggio la struttura è adeguata, anche se le 4 stelle andrebbero riviste. Voglio dedicare il mio tempo per segnalare come vi sia poca organizzazione nell’assegnare le camere. Prenoto sempre con congruo anticipo, almeno una settimana, chiedo di riservarmi una determinata stanza, la receptionist conferma la disponibilità, chiedo ulteriore conferma, al momento del check-in, per incanto la stanza non è più disponibile, accampando scuse assurde. Consiglio di cambiare il gestionale ed imparare a rispettare la parola data. Ripeto, non è un caso isolato. Troppa improvvisazione..:

Zeer groot hotel rustig gelegen op 10 minuten wandelen van het centrum van het gezellige Rivoli; er is ruime gratis parkeerplaats aan het hotel. Er is zitruimte buiten, maar niet voor ontbijt. Let op: ofschoon de website opent met een foto van het hotel-met-zwembad is het zwembad niet voor elk kamertype inbegrepen. (Als je site helemaal doorleest wordt het wel vermeld; desgevallend is er dus extra €10pp per halve dag).Gevolg is dat het zwembad nagenoeg altijd leeg is. De kamer en badkamer zijn zeer ruim, maar de inrichting wat gedateerd. Hier en daar mangelt er wat : scheerspiegel ontbreekt; wc-bril zit los; wanneer men drie bedden plaatst in een kamer van twee, kan er één zijn bed niet uit en staan de nachtlampjes niet goed. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en lekker. Personeel is ruim in aantal en altijd in de weer; ze zijn vriendelijk.
