Reef Al Malaz International Hotel by Al Azmy
2.2/54 Reviews
There is no parking lot, the hotel is very cost-effective, and the room card is very easy to invalidate. You can’t swipe it when you come back. You need to go to the front desk to recharge the card. The card is not easy to open.
Holiday Khaleej

The hotel has an underground car park, but it is small and there are fewer parking spaces at the door. Located on the side of the road, the Saudis have a faster speed. This requires care. It is ok in the hotel. There is a coffee shop in the hotel lobby, which is also open to the public. The hotel guests have a preferential price.
Best Western Plus Fursan Hotel
4.3/542 Reviews
This hotel happens to be close to the airport and the city. They boast a full spa - but, nothing was working when I was there. It is rather disappointing when you base your decision on spending some time in a steam bath. Swimming pool is heated, but indoor and in an awkward place in the basement. Rooms are small but clean. Housekeeping is daily and is done with respect. Showers have strong water pressure. Room service is quick, but food here is basic, including the breakfast. In fact you can only eat scrambled eggs - don't expect anything more fancy. Overall, there are other choices in the city - choose well.
Holiday Inn Riyadh - Olaya

Currently, the surrounding area of the hotel is under construction and it is difficult to find a location. The conditions are general and the price is more expensive. Ctrip booking is cheaper than on-site booking. Ctrip booking is recommended. It is a chain hotel.
Ibis Riyadh Olaya Street

Very basic rooms but OK for a stay. But it's an ibis! I noticed the room price triple in the 5 weeks I spent in the hotel, the staff say it was because Riyadh Season was underway, but that's 6 months a year! Location is perfect with many facilities in walking distance - malls, Kingdom tower food court, restaurants, laundry, etc. There is a coffee shop in the bank lobby next door from 7am, need to be wearing trousers to get in!. Staff were fine, housekeeping were very friendly. Gym was very limited with a couple of treadmills and a pair of 2kg dumbbells! Breakfast was quite good - although they don't open until 7am, they offer a early takeaway breakfast pack depending on who you speak to! But the chef's are really friendly and do a great egg dish! After 5 weeks it gets a little repetitive, but they suggested a few alternatives. I suppose that's what you get for staying so long!! Drainage in the showers was a bit slow and a few strange odours every now and then, but nothing outrageous. Overall, pretty good with no major qualms.
Ramada by Wyndham Riyadh

The hotel is very nice and it has a lot of facilities. The staff are very welcoming and are always ready to assist guests. My hotel room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and clean and I am glad it came with a bath! The resting area where the swimming pool was, was a very relaxing area. The only negativity I would hold is that the wifi is not very reliable and it always cuts out. I had a business meeting in my hotel room. I was able to complete it but with difficulty. Luckily I had topped my phone up with data, so I was able to use that. The breakfasts are mediocre as the cuisine primarily caters Arabic cuisine and western choices are very scant. The food was nice enough though. Thank you very much once again for everything.
