Comfort stay, clean room, quiet place, breakfast with many choices

Nice place beatiful and comfort place

It’s a place with no shops in front of it, and there’s no way to check in early at 2 o’clock. A taxi to the city costs 50 to 60 minutes. The entrance path to the hotel is magical, and the taxi made a mistake several times and went in a big circle. The hotel itself is new, and the construction site behind it was very noisy in the morning. In the afternoon, the excavator was digging and digging.

The service is simply terrible. I didn't feel anything after booking. I made 7-8 phone calls abroad and they didn't agree to cancel the booking. They had their own reasons. They just chose the wrong hotel. I was sad and lost a lot of money.

I am very satisfied with the hotel's environment. It is quiet and hygienic. The service is really the same as the butler's. The breakfast is rich. The only drawback is that it is too far from the city.

The room is overall very new and the service is very good.

Great and friendly staff. Suraj and the dining staff were especially helpful. They were accommodating and friendly during my entire stay and went out of their way to help me out while I was there for a week in the month of june/July. Thank you!

The hotel itself is decent, design, rooms, and breakfast is nice. But staff at check in was not caring too much. We got a room overlooking 2 trucks which were working during the whole evening. By checking it with the receptionist, if they would stop later, he said, oh no, they will stay. So he was aware. The hotel occupancy seemed pretty low and me being a platinum elite member - this situation should have been avoided. The room was changed to the other side of the same floor. As said, hotel was almost empty, but we were squeezed in between 2 occupied rooms where guests were shouting and watching tv loud during the whole night. We luckily had just one night in this hotel. At the time of check out I have shared my complaints with the staff who was apologizing and said it was not on purpose. All in All, as a first experience in Riyadh, this was highly unpleasant.

Perfect hotel to stay in and visit Riyadh without getting caught in the traffic. The hotel is not far from the airport and in a very quiet side of town, yet not too far from restaurants and malls. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the breakfast was pretty good too.

Lovely hotel, great breakfasts and very pleasant staff. There was a problem with our booking that was not at all the hotel's fault. However, the manager sorted it out quickly and efficiently. We are very grateful to him and wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.
