Very nice and kind staff! I arrived in early morning, thanks to consideration of the staff named Mr. Omar, I could do early check in. The hotel serves good breakfast as well.

New hotel with good service although l9cation is not very convenient

Radisson Blu Hotel Riyadh Convention and Exhibition Center is one of the best hotel I ever stayed in Riyadh. Its 25 minutes drive from King Khalid airport and one minute walk to the main exhibition entrance which is very convenient specially during the summer with more than 45c ambient temperature . The moment you reached the reception desk, you will be greeted with fresh Arabic Coffee and dates. Check in was surprisingly swift and smooth. I would like to thank Miss Joury for her cooperation and answering all our questions regarding the hotel facilities and the near by points of interest with a BIG smile. Room was spotless and elegantly decorated. There are plenty of free coffee and tea choices in the minibar. I appreciated the extra large bath towels and nice walk in shower with easy function shower mixer. The only drawback is the size of the bed is very narrow (twin bed room)

The hotel is very bad, not even a four-star hotel. The furniture is all from Foshan, the waiters have bad attitudes, the hotel design is weird, and the hygiene is not good. The price is totally unworthy!

beautiful hotel, polite and helpful staff. Michael at the restaurant is really very professional, serious and helpful. Be careful at reception, sometimes difficult to understand each other and serve the customer, different gym for men and women is not a good idea for the couples.

Such an amazing experience. Very nice food excellent service and staff very friendly. Chef Naveen Singh amazing person, very caring and polite. Surrounding very nice and view also breathtaking. Worth to visit. Would also advise not to miss the golden opportunity to visit.

This is my first time in this hotel and I am very happy to say that I choose this hotel for my stay and for future stay this hotel is going to be my favorite hotel. The staff is professional and excellent service

thanks to all starting from the agents all are very good, I enjoyed my stay at the property this is best business hotel I recommend to all. SPA is vey good GYM equipment is new, room service wad very good.

Great place , beautiful and relaxing, the only 2 things they need to work on is the corridors were filled with left overs from the room service ordered , the other thing is the breakfast area it needs better distribution and the workers there be more professional Other than that it was one of the best places i saw in riyadh

Just wanted to quickly share my experience with you regarding the hotel we stayed at recently. Firstly, the location is absolutely excellent – convenient and easily accessible. Secondly, the hotel itself is new and the rooms are perfect. The level of cleanliness is impressive , thanks to the hard work of the housekeeping department. Lastly, I must mention the good service I received throughout my stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

Terrible welcome at the reception. A very unfriendly host (Mohammad) first tries to charge a 33% higher price for the booked room (executive suite with balcony, he tired to charge extra USD 400). We spent 15 minutes arguing, he tried to convince me that the taxes were not included (they were), called someone on the phone, and otherwise wasted time - but I stood firmly and demonstrated both the booking confirmation email (where the complete price split was seen) and the booking information in the app, where also the final price with the cost split was clearly indicated. Ultimately, I win and my credit card gets charged with the price which is shown on my original booking confirmation. After that, the host Mohammad manually crosses out (with a pen) the initially allocated suite number and changes it to another room, which comes with too tiny narrow beds instead of the, I quote my booking, “1 extra-large double bed”. The tiny standalone beds are so narrow that it is impossible to get a proper sleep, especially after a long-haul flight. And, we know, the comfy large size bed is the most important thing for proper rest after the busy working days. As a Radisson Blu Premium member, I often (if not always) enjoyed free upgrades to better rooms, so this is the first encounter in my 18 years with Radisson when I was actually downgraded. 👎🏻 Very impolite staff, no excuses, just blatant statements “our hotel is fully booked” - very unusual attitude for Radisson Blu standards. I will make sure my voice reaches Radisson management and they change this poor practice at Radisson Blu Riyadh Convention & Exhibition Center.
