The hotel was nice and clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The fantastic breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, making for a delightful start to each day. While the furniture and fixtures were a bit old and could use an update, the overall cleanliness and comfort made up for it. A special mention goes to MASUD RANA SAHEED RUBEAL, who was incredibly helpful and friendly, significantly enhancing my stay. Despite the dated decor, the combination of cleanliness, great breakfast, and exceptional service made my stay enjoyable and memorable.

I really thankful and excited for the service given by Masud Rana, Rubel and Nawaz staff in the employees who work in the restaurant. It was a great stay and we really enjoyed and happy for their service. And the food varieties also very good and the kitchen staff very friendly with us.

I had just breakfast, but it was superb....!! Ecspecially Mr. Sahed Masud Rusel gave all i want...!!!! This is one of the best breakfast joints around Olaya ideally located near King Fahad Highway... MUST TRY ...........................

I like the hotel very much the service was good and Masud is very nice person.the size of the room is little small but is very clean and modern.location of the hotel is very perfect for how needs a centeral location in Riyad . The pool is very small .but overall is good place to stay

The stay was pleasant and we enjoyed it with my family. Mr. Masud Rana Saheed & Mr. Omar were very friendly in serving us. The Front office staff and the Room Service Staff Mr. Shaheer welcomed us with a smile and helped us. The Breakfast was very delicious. The room was very neat.
