A relatively new hotel, good in every aspect. The breakfast is very good, the service is very warm and thoughtful, and they are responsive to every request. The hygiene is in place, the facilities are complete, the slippers are very comfortable, and the surrounding environment is also very good. There are many shopping malls and restaurants not far away by car. Very recommended!

The bedding was clean and the housekeeping was timely. There were many types of breakfast, but they were the same every day. The front desk staff could speak English and we could communicate. However, when booking a room through an agent, there would be a situation where the person had arrived at the front desk but had not registered the information, and the room payment was not transferred to the hotel account when checking out.

I came on a business trip and booked a hotel not far from the city center. However, when I opened the room, there was a strong Indian-Pakistani Arab odor. At first, I thought it was because the last customer had just left and I just turned on the air conditioner. But it didn't work after half an hour. So I went to the front desk to change the room. The second room was still the same. I didn't want to bother anymore, so I covered myself with the quilt and slept all night. I have never stayed in a hotel so uncomfortable.
It's really not worth more than a thousand dollars for this environment and service.

We expected more from the hotel considering that it is a Hyatt. Overpriced. We left before breakfast, which was paid for, and asked for lunch boxes. They put some buns and a banana in them. They were even too lazy to make a sandwich.
