It’s a very brief stay and our first time to Riyadh. The pricing is definitely on the high side.
Can Uber around and staff in the restaurants are super friendly.
Hope they will do renovation one day very soon.

We expected more from the hotel considering that it is a Hyatt. Overpriced. We left before breakfast, which was paid for, and asked for lunch boxes. They put some buns and a banana in them. They were even too lazy to make a sandwich.

來出差 特意定了一個距離市中心不遠的酒店，可是房間打開一股特別濃的那種印巴阿拉伯人怪臭味，一開始我以為是上個客户剛走空調打開吹下就好了，結果開了半小時沒啥用，就去前台換了個房間，第二個還是那樣，不想折騰了，就捂着被子睡了一晚上，從來沒有這麼難受的住過一個酒店。
一千多配這環境和服務真的一點不值。

No respect to customers. Mid- week Wedding party loud noise completely inside the room. No sound isolation. Very bad management. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Excellent Stay in a polished atmosphere! I would like to thank Mr. John from the dining area for his excellent customer service and kindness. He is an excellent worker. I would also like to thank the front desk staff and housekeeping for their friendly demeanor. The sofa bed and blackout curtains worked magic for my family to get good rest after an early flight arrival. I also really liked the energy conservation in the parking lot. It was a wonderful stay.
