Had a wonderful time during our stay here. The staff are very warm, welcoming and attentive to our requests! Special mention to Benjamin of Oasis Restaurant.. I didn't get the names of the rest of the staff.. But all of them are wonderful!

Sadly I couldn’t visit due to flight cancellations from Dubai caused by the floods. The hotel were very helpful cancelling my reservation and making a refund. So I cannot comment on the facilities but the customer service and empathy is great

I stayed for a week during Ramadan. The hotel is basic, decent room service, reliable internet, a gym and a small indoor pool. The rooms are comfortable but nothing special. There are few places you can walk to from the hotel but then again this is typical in Riyad where you need a car to go anywhere.
