Overall its good

The environment is very good, the service attitude is also very good, and the location is very convenient. When I come to Saudi Arabia, I come to this restaurant. The breakfast is very good and the experience is very good, but there are no noodles. The price is relatively affordable. I will choose this restaurant in the future.

General service, poor breakfast

The overall facilities of the business suite are not bad. After all, the price is here, and the price/performance ratio is above average. Riyadh is relatively small. Although this hotel is not in the city center but in the suburbs, it is convenient to go to various places in Riyadh. If the budget is at this price, this hotel is fine

Catch up with the public holidays, the price/performance ratio is very, very low. After booking four rooms, there is almost cold water in the shower. The toiletries and disposable slippers are not as good as the domestic Hanting. The road is very noisy. The service attitude of the service staff is very good.

I've stayed in this property during my business trip. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to meet even my basic expectations. Internet is patchy with frequent disconnections. Working with such internet is nearly impossible. Same with TV, simply impossible to watch anything beyond 20-30 seconds. Bathroom is old with water getting either very hot or not getting warm at all. Breakfast is disappointing too. Shockingly, fruits and vegetables are obviously not fresh. Overall, everything seems old, dirty and untidy.

Hotel facilities are nice and clean. Food is superb. My low rating has to do with customer service. My trip was scheduled 28 Feb to 6 March 2024. On the evening of 4 March, I informed the front desk that I would be checking out on the 5th at 0130 vice the 6th. My business was finished. At 0130 on the 5th, I checked out and took an Uber to the airport for my flight to Doha. I bought all was good. The e-receipt showed that I was charged for the night of the 5th despite clearly informing the hotel of my early departure. I have Uber, airline, and food receipts indicating my departure at 0130 on the 5th. I called the hotel and asked that they refund my card for the night I didn’t stay (5 March) and I was told it is policy to charge guests for the entire stay as originally scheduled. Strange, never heard that before and this differs from their advertised check out policy. So I called Hilton and asked for their help. In the end, Hilton customer service stated that the hotel refuses to refund me for the night I didn’t stay because I didn't checkout on the 5th as I did. They stated I checked out on the 6th. Further, the Hilton customer service person stated that the hotel believes I am lying by stating I left on the 5th. Insane experience. I spend around 120-150 nights a year in hotels. Never ever will I stay here again. I caution you the same. So disappointed but to be assumed a liar when I have receipts to prove otherwise is just nuts. Why not review the hotel cameras……..Despicable customer service

Mashallah a beautiful experience from chrvk in to breakfast to sleep. Very polite. courteous, professional and caring staff offering a High level of service. The room was immaculate along with the bathroom. Smoking area available outside set up in a small courtyard. Will in sha Allah return again, thanks for everything doubletree

Excellent option and convenient in Riyadh, great hospitality, the rooms were very clean and nice. They’ve provided an extra bed free of charge to make our stay better. It is located near to some shopping malls and shops. We stayed for a night and for sure will repeat in future

The hotel location, rooms etc are ok. What really makes people comfortable are the staff. I want to say thank you to all in the restaurant like Michael, Wilson, Isiko, Asala, Shoruk, Surest and many others which I want to apologize because I can not recall all the names. Really thank you.
