It was clearly written that breakfast was included, but the front desk refused to acknowledge it! No matter how I explained, it was useless..

First time staying, the lobby is quite beautiful, free tea available! The room is clean and tidy🤫, with a small bathtub🛀, comfortable to sleep! The hotel restaurant has a buffet, paid $ to try, very good!

The room is big and the hotel is very high-end!

I would like to sincerely thank the entire Voco team for their exceptional hospitality and the amazing experience I had during my stay. From the moment I arrived until check-out, I was impressed by the service and attention to detail. The poolside area had a very pleasant atmosphere, and the pool itself was exceptionally clean. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but none have compared to the experience I had at Voco Riyadh. It truly stands out, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel is conveniently located and the lobby is absolutely beautiful. The experience upon checking in was an 11/10 thanks to Adbdulrahman, who offered us a free updgrage upon learning that this is our 3rd night in a row staying at a Voco hotel. Unfortunately the ladies in the morning shift were unhelpful and not accommodating, their attitude makes me want to state things as they are and not with forgiving roses glasses courtesy to check-in staff. Hence let me tell you the carpet and sofa were dirty , room had a weird smell and lighting + curtain controls were outdated. The curtains were so difficult to close and for a room on 1st floor could not ignore the lights of Tim Hortons that shined right in one’s eye. I think the rooms need some refurbishing and the some staff re-training.
