The front desk is quite gorgeous, but the rooms are quite old, and you often have to swipe the access card at the front desk. Saudi Arabia generally has no windows, so ventilation will be a problem. The breakfast is a local diet, which is quite appetizing. There is a relatively large supermarket next to it, which is suitable for shopping.

Clean and tidy. Some rooms have windows. You can choose the room you like. The front desk service is very friendly. Half of the hotel is old and half is new. They don't provide water during daily cleaning. You need to go to the front desk to ask for it. Only 2 bottles of water are provided per room per day. The work efficiency is relatively low.

The room is small, has no windows, and is quite depressing, but luckily there is a Chinese restaurant downstairs.

Aparthotel, the room is big, but there is not even a trash can. The hotel room facilities are relatively old. The water-cooled air conditioner creaks all night when it is turned on, but the service staff is very enthusiastic.

The lobby is very large and high-end, which is convenient for friends and customers to negotiate in the reception area of the lobby. The double bed room is a suite, which is very large, clean and tidy, and the front desk staff are all good. Breakfast is okay, the only downside: the Internet speed is too slow!

Looks can be deceiving. I asked for a Studio room but was given a 2 bed suite at the front of the building on the main road where windows are not sound proofed and road noise. The rooms are uniquely set up with the bathroom sink outside the bathroom. The water pressure was non existent so could not shower. After complaining and being told there was no alternative till at least 2pm.. Guess what they suddenly found another room away from the road. On room 2 better for sure but again problems... no plug for the coffee station which you had to relocate to the louge to find the one and only suitable plug point. The couch arm rest was broken and the room service menu was half missing. I had to go to the lobby to see the menu. Having ordered I received the food which is very well priced but...a simple burger patty was so over cooked it was awful.. I therefor elected to find alternative accommodation and checked out 2 days early. They offered to move room again but no thank you!! The entrance and hallways are opulent and beautiful but beyond the hallways the rooms are old tired and in desperate need of a revamp.. By the way if the bed is the ultimate test then that would give the hotel a pass as the beds in bothrooms as well as pillows were super

Terrible and never again to this hotel. Poor internet connectivity, asked several times to fix internet & shower no responses. Overall 1/10
