The hotel lobby was newly renovated in 2004. The overall style is modern Arabic. It is very comfortable to rest in the lobby. The hotel has a superior geographical location in the city center, making travel more convenient. The room facilities are relatively simple and not as good as expected.

The hotel room and bathroom are small, less than 27 square meters, the room decoration is very old, the room cleaning is average, the hotel front desk service is particularly poor, the buffet breakfast has few varieties, the hotel has a free underground parking lot, the original reservation is for two nights, and I want to book another one One night, I saw the poor service in this hotel and ran away. This hotel feels discriminatory towards Chinese people and is not worth recommending.

It is a new hotel. It is well located, although there are no supermarkets or markets nearby. Everyone very friendly. Riyadh is an expensive destination in terms of hotels and is a very different city from our American concept of cities. I recommend the hotel and the breakfast is very good. Location of hotel is good and nice clean hotel. Walking distance from olaya street. Buffet breakfast is also good. This is on main highway of riyadh - king fahd road

My stay at Awfad Hotel Riyadh was a mixed bag. The staff were undeniably friendly and welcoming, which was a highlight. However, the breakfast left much to be desired, heavily leaning towards Indian flavors and occasionally featuring stale bread, which might not cater to everyone’s tastes. Additionally, there were instances when the bathroom emitted an unpleasant odor, presumably from the drainage system. The internet speed was also insufficient for video calls, posing a significant inconvenience. Considering these aspects, the value for the price paid did not fully meet expectations.
