Check in was awful - 3 guys there but took half an hour - least bothered and chatting amongst themselves. Housekeeping did not answer or return calls. One of the worst hotel I’ve stayed in for customer services and I have stayed in more than 70 hotels worldwide

The room is small and the air conditioner is noisy Cleanliness: average, toilet still has hair Environment: The surrounding environment is not bad, there is a small park opposite and there are places to eat. Service: The service is good and the staff is polite

Everything in the stay was average, rooms are good, I stayed in a suite that was extremely spacious and clean, but dressing room light wasn't working. Breakfast was average. Gym was nice. Location is good for business, the garden and entertainment area next side of the street was nice. Staff was very rude, especially when pushing for checkout, had a busy schedule at work and came lat at 4pm. They kept on pushing by calling and sending concierge to my room, namely someone called Nayef, a very rude personnel.

Our tour company booked us here - otherwise based on some of the past reviews I wouldn’t have stayed here. The rooms were very huge and very clean. The included breakfast had a good variety or salads and hot food fruits. If you book online it is very good value ( sadly we booked through a tour company who overcharged us) - shops / restaurants (fast food across the road) . The gym had an amazing array of weights and equipment for a hotel - my husband loved it sadly I could not as women were not allowed. If you are looking for something reasonably priced a good option.

A person named Al-Dosari claims that he is the owner of the Melissa Hotel, and I was expelled despite telling him about my high temperature and my poor health condition, and I have proof. Other days and he was treated with mistreatment and everything was recorded knowing that I paid 30 nights before I went to sleep and I paid and told the reception not to wake me up because I take medication and this harmed me so he did not take into account and denied everything even though the camera and audio recordings are there and he threatened me without the slightest mercy.. But I ask God, the Most High, the Great, to see it in his health and money, and to rule over him who oppresses him so that he does not transgress people, despite the reception notification that I will sleep according to the doctors’ recommendations and treatments, and my temperature is high. It is not true, because he cleaned the past weeks more than once.. The worker directs him and obeys him. Well, your Saudi Muslim brother, whom you see trembling in front of you, and his health collapsed, blown from the first door? Whoever has a month to pay you and inform the reception by not waking him up and taking into account his health condition, but God suffices us, and He is the best disposer of affairs in it
