Not a first time stay in this hotel. Previous stay was good. But the last stay was horrible. The hotel is under maintenance and there is no any information about it when you book the hotel. I came for check in at 10pm and receptionist informed me that it might be noise up to midnight due to maintenance. Why they don’t inform when you book the hotel. Guests should know this «peculiarity» before arrival in advance, not after. I can accept that it might need to do maintenance. But why at night?! they were using heavy equipment for hummer drilling, hummering etc. even after complain to receptionist they continuously were hummering up to 12:30 am. It was horrible. I supposed to take a rest after 6 hours driving, but due to this noise I could even sleep after midnight… I’m fully disappointed with service and care of guest.. Even now after 2 days of my stay there is no any notification that the hotel is under maintenance. It is not fair for guest who is searching for rest.. And one more additional info. Next to the hotel building the new building civil works is ongoing and they also work with heavy duty equipment till midnight. If you search the place for rest better to look for the alternative one.

I recently stayed at Continent Al Waha Hotel Riyadh for five days (four nights). The food was a highlight, with a diverse and high-quality menu. However, the room service disappointed as cleaning was only done on the first day, leaving the room unclean for the rest of my stay. Despite this, the facilities were generally satisfactory. A mixed experience, hoping for improved consistency in service.

The hotel is good for business traveller. Room is big and has a large bed too. Selection of the breakfast is good.

It is a perfect hotel but the people can not speak English well. There are lots of beautiful buildings nearby.

A four-star hotel with complete facilities and a good location. It’s convenient to go anywhere.

Stayed many times, good value for money, blessed place

The breakfast was rich and the room was large and tidy. Basically here every time I come. There are sofas and tables.

The facilities are relatively old, and it is still close to the work place, which is acceptable, after all, it is not a tourist city

The perfume in the room was very strong, so strong that I couldn't breathe. The smell was all over my clothes and luggage, and it wouldn't dissipate for a long time. Due to the change of itinerary, I decided to cancel one night through Ctrip a week in advance, and the reply was very slow. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk looked indifferent and put the responsibility on Ctrip. My one night's room fee was wasted. Worst hotel ever.

The decoration is old-fashioned and the price is expensive

The environment is average, the food and drink are acceptable, the furniture is too old, the drinking water is only given two bottles of 200ml water a day, and the service generally needs to be upgraded

The hotel is very nice. It not only includes breakfast during Ramadan, but also has an Iftar late-night meal for free every night! The waiters are very enthusiastic, the hotel equipment is very good, the room is very large, and there are all toiletries. Compared with Europe, America and Japan, there is no charge for any toiletries. The hotels in Saudi Arabia are really conscientious! Ramadan is so suitable for cats in the Middle East!
