The hotel staff were really friendly, and the location was close to the metro station! I highly recommend it. The breakfast was delicious! Everyone at this hotel seemed friendly.
I was very satisfied with the room cleaning.
My last time at another hotel, I had a hard time because the room was cleaned so sloppily.
Thank you to Parvez, Kafayet, and Fakhar for cleaning my room. They were quick, friendly, and thorough. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, and I'm returning to Korea after a pleasant business trip. Thank you. I'll book again next time.

Great stay here at the Fairmont Ramla in Riyad. I’m staying here for a month until I find a place to live and feel so at home. The guys that come to clean and do the turndown service are all smiles and super helpful. Jahangir and Motalib give me my little chocolate every evening (my little desert) during the turndown service and just give such positive vibes. I’m thankful for the entire team, they are all friendly and full of smiles

I had a wonderful experience at the Fairmont Ramla. The hotel is beautiful and well run, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality from the staff. A special thank-you to Ayyam and Mustafa, the baggage attendants, for their warm welcome, kindness, and amazing help throughout our visit. Their professionalism and genuine friendliness made me feel truly at home. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning!
