I was completely disgusted when I came to have breakfast early in the morning. When I had dinner in this restaurant at night, the service was chaotic. It seemed that many people were waiting for service, but the waiter still had free time to sit around and play with his mobile phone and call for a night. I asked for rice three times but no one delivered it. I asked for additional vegetables several times but was simply ignored. By the end of the meal, I didn’t even bother to ask if they had been added. Finally, when it comes to the room, it is quite satisfactory. The facilities are relatively new but of average quality. The most disappointing thing is the TV. It doesn’t work at all. Every time I turn it on, I have to ask the hotel staff to initialize and activate it. I can’t turn it off with the remote control when I sleep at night. I spent a long time looking for it. I simply opened the TV (because it was embedded in the wall) and forcibly turned off the power to the hardware. The unused toiletries from the previous guest in the room were left in the shower stall. The most ordinary room costs more than 900 per night, and it is completely on the beach at the door. After all, it is difficult to have a perfect stay experience in a place like this.

A good hotel with really nice, hard-working staff. Not the best view (our window looked out onto the street, super awkward) but it's a pretty good location in the city if you're not aiming to visit the mountains or anything. The only downside was the breakfast - not really the best selection for a buffet. It got way too busy and it was difficult to find a table; one morning they ran out of clean plates so a lot of visitors were hovering around and grabbing plates as staff brought them out. The wait to use the single coffee machine was too long, and at one point they just took it away and replaced it with coffee pots. All things considered it could have been worse.

來的時候已經很晚了，但是還是被酒店驚喜到了，一進房間很暖和，給提前開了空調，插上房卡有個小愛同學，還能控制電視和窗簾什麼的，早上去簡單吃了點，都很新鮮，走的時候給弄了個爆米花，正好是剛出鍋的，好吃。而且房間是落地窗，拉開窗簾瞬間心情就好了

This hotel is at most 3.5 stars. The air conditioner vents were dirty and air conditioner was not working. I set it at 10 but in morning it was still at 28. Amenities were average too, like the towel was thin and just not what you expect. Also the safety light was missing from the room. Also the breakfast is poor and the assortment was very less. Many dishes were cold. I was just eating egg and coffee to be frank. I think they gave me such poor room because if booked with trip.com.
