I come to Rizhao for business trips once or twice a month. I have stayed at Novotel, Hampton by Hilton, Seaview Garden, Atour, All Seasons, Lavande, and Grandview. I tried Hilton Garden Inn with a try-it attitude and was very satisfied. The hotel is well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, the room rate is high, the service is enthusiastic, and the toiletries are all from the international first-line brand ”Petrov”. A set of toiletries is sold for more than 300 yuan on Taobao. I highly recommend it. I will only stay at Hilton Garden Inn when I travel to Rizhao for business in the future! Thumbs up!!!

The boss is very attentive and tells you how to park, making it easy to park. The child was kicking on the quilt, and the boss gave me an extra quilt. A good hotel with really nice, hard-working staff. Not the best view (our window looked out onto the street, super awkward) but it's a pretty good location in the city if you're not aiming to visit the mountains or anything. The only downside was the breakfast - not really the best selection for a buffet. It got way too busy and it was difficult to find a table; one morning they ran out of clean plates so a lot of visitors were hovering around and grabbing plates as staff brought them out. The wait to use the single coffee machine was too long, and at one point they just took it away and replaced it with coffee pots. All things considered it could have been worse.

This should be regarded as a hotel with a very good sunshine. The room is very good and the layout is very reasonable. You can see the sea from the room. The decoration of the whole hotel is very beautiful. I like the overall environment, facilities and breakfast of the hotel very much. This is an earlier five-star hotel in Rizhao. The facilities are low-key and meaningful compared to new hotels. The hygiene is good, there are no dead corners, and the location is good, close to the third beach. I would like to mention the service in particular. When the cleaning lady was cleaning the room, she saw a child and gave him a toy. There was also a child whose foot was cut by a reef. At 11 o'clock in the evening, she called the front desk to ask if there were any disinfectants. The front desk said no. Unexpectedly, the front desk went to the pharmacy to buy iodine, cotton swabs and band-aids, and delivered them to the room in about 20 minutes. I was really touched. I would like to thank the staff of Landbridge Jinjiang Hotel again!

You can also pick up many small crabs and hermit crabs at night. In comparison, among the several hotels facing the beach in Forest Park, this one is considered the largest. The one star for hygiene is mainly given to the hotel restaurant. When I went to have the buffet breakfast in the morning, the garbage left by the guests who had seafood the night before was not confiscated. There were seafood garbage and cigarette butts everywhere on the floor, and in the trash cans next to each table. Rubbish. I was completely disgusted when I came to have breakfast early in the morning. When I had dinner in this restaurant at night, the service was chaotic. It seemed that many people were waiting for service, but the waiter still had free time to sit around and play with his mobile phone and call for a night. I asked for rice three times but no one delivered it. I asked for additional vegetables several times but was simply ignored. By the end of the meal, I didn’t even bother to ask if they had been added. Finally, when it comes to the room, it is quite satisfactory. The facilities are relatively new but of average quality. The most disappointing thing is the TV. It doesn’t work at all. Every time I turn it on, I have to ask the hotel staff to initialize and activate it. I can’t turn it off with the remote control when I sleep at night. I spent a long time looking for it. I simply opened the TV (because it was embedded in the wall) and forcibly turned off the power to the hardware. The unused toiletries from the previous guest in the room were left in the shower stall. The most ordinary room costs more than 900 per night, and it is completely on the beach at the door. The above comments respect objective facts and have no personal emotions. There are good and bad. Just focus on what you care about. After all, it is difficult to have a perfect stay experience in a place like this.
