A good hotel with really nice, hard-working staff. Not the best view (our window looked out onto the street, super awkward) but it's a pretty good location in the city if you're not aiming to visit the mountains or anything. The only downside was the breakfast - not really the best selection for a buffet. It got way too busy and it was difficult to find a table; one morning they ran out of clean plates so a lot of visitors were hovering around and grabbing plates as staff brought them out. The wait to use the single coffee machine was too long, and at one point they just took it away and replaced it with coffee pots. All things considered it could have been worse.

Hilton Garden Inn is a newly opened hotel located in Rizhao University Town. It has a fresh and natural design style, spacious and bright rooms, brand new facilities, convenient transportation, less than ten minutes' drive from the beach, and rich breakfast.

The hygiene in the room is good, especially the service provided by the switchboard ladies is very considerate, I have to give them a thumbs up! 👍😊😊😊 Then I was worried about the sanitary conditions, but when I saw some towels and the room, they were very clean. The big bathtub and the wet and dry separation in the bathroom are both good. What else can I say, yes, the environment in the entire lobby is very good, and I really like its festive atmosphere. The most important thing is that the gym and swimming pool are quite comfortable. I will definitely try the spa next time I have time😁hehe

This was my third stay in this hotel within a month. Will I stay again if I’m in Rizhao - definitely a YES. Front desk staff is helpful although most seems were quite new on the job. The hotel is very updated in term of technology. Lights are turn on automatically when you enter the room and curtains open up automatically with day light. My only complaint is the air conditioning system is not fast enough in cooling down the room. Breakfast is delightful. Location is good with plenty of eateries and shopping within a short hop. Highly recommend to others

The service of the lady at the front desk is very good. The room is clean and tidy. What surprised me was that the room was equipped with 8 bottles of mineral water in advance. Finally, I didn’t have to ask for water again and again. The toilet was smart and I felt warm when I sat on it. The room was also very warm and there was a humidifier. Overall. He said he slept very comfortably.

Because the highway was too dangerous due to heavy snow, we got off the highway temporarily to find a hotel. Unexpectedly, it was surprisingly great. The service staff were very enthusiastic, the room was large, the layout was reasonable, the facilities were complete, and the breakfast was also very good. I want to come to Rizhao to have fun next time just because of this hotel!

It was my first time staying here. My kids loved it. It was already 6:30 pm when I checked in. The front desk lady was very nice and considerate. She gave us an extra breakfast voucher and prepared mineral water for us when we checked out. Thank you❤

This hotel is at most 3.5 stars. The air conditioner vents were dirty and air conditioner was not working. I set it at 10 but in morning it was still at 28. Amenities were average too, like the towel was thin and just not what you expect. Also the safety light was missing from the room. Also the breakfast is poor and the assortment was very less. Many dishes were cold. I was just eating egg and coffee to be frank. I think they gave me such poor room because if booked with trip.com.

The room is large, the sanitation is very clean, the environment is really good, it looks very high-grade, the son and daughter are very happy to live here. The key is that the service is very good. I upgraded the room for free. I have a child 👍 and breakfast. The breakfast is too good. It is convenient for 👍 100 meters away from the high-speed rail station  I will stay here next time. When I left, the waiter also sent two bottles of water to us. Thank you so much 😊

I took the whole family to Rizhao Lushan Duodaohai to play, and lived in Moshang Qingju Hotel. The experience was really great. Although it was raining, there was no way to go to the beach, but I was very happy to play in the hotel and I was very satisfied. This hotel is in a super good location, close to the multi-island seascape. The rooms are clean and tidy, with all the facilities, everything should be available, and it is especially easy to use. There is also a gym, laundry room, etc., and the facilities are quite complete. The parking lot is right in front of the hotel, parking is convenient, and there are charging piles. The decoration of the hotel is very beautiful, not the kind of special luxury, but it is comfortable and a little literary. There is also free Hanfu. Our family went together, originally did not book a parent-child room, there was a little regret. I didn't expect the store manager to be particularly intimate, specially arranged a small tent in our room, the younger son was happy, and had a great time. The room is a large floor-to-ceiling window with good lighting. The room is clean and tidy, there is a small voice control in the whole house, a smart toilet, and a sense of technology. The hotel's service has nothing to say. The staff is warm and thoughtful, the attitude is kind, and any needs can be met in time. We will add WeChat as soon as you stay and provide a full range of butler services. In the evening, there is also a late night snack. Free dumplings, wontons, and noodles are all you choose. They are still cooked with flowers, especially fresh. The lobby of the hotel is also very distinctive, you can enjoy tea and chess for free. There are also robots to assist in providing services. The breakfast is rich in patterns, delicious, hygienic and healthy. Although I stayed on Moshang for one night, our family had a very happy and comfortable life. Have the opportunity to come to Rizhao Lushan again, I will definitely choose this hotel!
