The hygiene in the room is good, especially the service provided by the switchboard ladies is very considerate, I have to give them a thumbs up! 👍😊😊😊 Then I was worried about the sanitary conditions, but when I saw some towels and the room, they were very clean. The big bathtub and the wet and dry separation in the bathroom are both good. What else can I say, yes, the environment in the entire lobby is very good, and I really like its festive atmosphere. The most important thing is that the gym and swimming pool are quite comfortable. I will definitely try the spa next time I have time😁hehe

This was my third stay in this hotel within a month. Will I stay again if I’m in Rizhao - definitely a YES. Front desk staff is helpful although most seems were quite new on the job. The hotel is very updated in term of technology. Lights are turn on automatically when you enter the room and curtains open up automatically with day light. My only complaint is the air conditioning system is not fast enough in cooling down the room. Breakfast is delightful. Location is good with plenty of eateries and shopping within a short hop. Highly recommend to others

The hotel is really nice when it comes to the decoration and the quality of items you find here and there. Yet, the service was rather confusing. I accidently booked a room with no windows, and, as i only stayed in Rizhao for two days and already travelled around for a bit, decided not to bother changing it. The heating in the room was okay at first and unbelievable later on; i literally couldn't fall asleep the whole night. When i asked to turn it down in the morning, i was suggested to change the room again. When i refused, they eventually turned it down, but just a bit, so i had to keep the door ajar pretty much all the time, which is not a pleasant experience in itself. I found some fruit later in the room, which was a nice gesture, but I'd rather be able to breathe normally 🙃

Water doesn't cost much. The maintenance work is average, the details of the room cannot be investigated in depth, and the sanitation and cleaning cannot be carefully checked because the facilities and equipment are a bit old. A free laundry room should be set up. Now many express hotels are free. It is a bit inappropriate to charge here. Overall, it is quite satisfactory. It is close to the beach, star standard, and the price is not expensive. For families traveling with children, at least the hotel does not have much formaldehyde smell, which is in line with expectations. The breakfast is OK, with rich varieties, including pancakes, wontons and noodles, as well as Chinese and Western food. It is quite good. Finally, I called on WeChat and said I got it. I didn’t feel good, so I stayed at both ends. We drove ourselves, and the general waiter for breakfast was the young man who drove the car. Without service, there were only a few seats that were not cleared when people left. We had to ask them to come and clear things up. The plates were placed on the table from the moment we entered the restaurant. Not to mention breakfast, I stayed for two nights and asked about check-out time at 9 a.m. on the third day. I was really speechless. I was told that the 100 deposit would be refunded later, and she said that it would be refunded after the aunt's check. There is also a problem that the mayonnaise in the restaurant is still there after it has expired, and someone has used it.

This hotel is at most 3.5 stars. The air conditioner vents were dirty and air conditioner was not working. I set it at 10 but in morning it was still at 28. Amenities were average too, like the towel was thin and just not what you expect. Also the safety light was missing from the room. Also the breakfast is poor and the assortment was very less. Many dishes were cold. I was just eating egg and coffee to be frank. I think they gave me such poor room because if booked with trip.com.

The room is large, the sanitation is very clean, the environment is really good, it looks very high-grade, the son and daughter are very happy to live here. The key is that the service is very good. I upgraded the room for free. I have a child 👍 and breakfast. The breakfast is too good. It is convenient for 👍 100 meters away from the high-speed rail station  I will stay here next time.
