The hotel is really nice when it comes to the decoration and the quality of items you find here and there. Yet, the service was rather confusing. I accidently booked a room with no windows, and, as i only stayed in Rizhao for two days and already travelled around for a bit, decided not to bother changing it. The heating in the room was okay at first and unbelievable later on; i literally couldn't fall asleep the whole night. When i asked to turn it down in the morning, i was suggested to change the room again. When i refused, they eventually turned it down, but just a bit, so i had to keep the door ajar pretty much all the time, which is not a pleasant experience in itself. I found some fruit later in the room, which was a nice gesture, but I'd rather be able to breathe normally 🙃

He didn’t smile and didn’t have much to say. I asked for a car when I came back from the beach and sent a message but didn’t get a reply. I made two phone calls but didn’t answer. Finally, I called on WeChat and said I got it. I didn’t feel good, so I stayed at both ends. We drove ourselves, and the general waiter for breakfast was the young man who drove the car. Without service, there were only a few seats that were not cleared when people left. We had to ask them to come and clear things up. The plates were placed on the table from the moment we entered the restaurant. Not to mention breakfast, I stayed for two nights and asked about check-out time at 9 a.m. on the third day. I was really speechless. I was told that the 100 deposit would be refunded later, and she said that it would be refunded after the aunt's check. There is also a problem that the mayonnaise in the restaurant is still there after it has expired, and someone has used it.

The maintenance work is average, the details of the room cannot be investigated in depth, and the sanitation and cleaning cannot be carefully checked because the facilities and equipment are a bit old. A free laundry room should be set up. Now many express hotels are free. It is a bit inappropriate to charge here. Overall, it is quite satisfactory.
