même s'il ne se définit pas comme cela, on peut considérer cet hôtel comme un 3 étoiles avec un niveau de confort type Novotel avec une gestion familiale. Bien situé au cœur du site avec un parking privé ( pas inutile !) , les chambres sont spacieuses avec des toilettes séparées. On pose la voiture et on fait tout à pieds. Petit déjeuner complet et varié dans une salle confortable. Excellent rapport qualité/prix !

Non bisognerebbe mai tornare nei soliti posti. L'hotel è il solito della nostra ultima visita (2023) ma è cambiata l'atmosfera. Invidiabile la posizione ma non abbiano riconosciuto nessuno della gestione scorsa; quelli attuali sembravano quasi annoiati. E' cambiato anche il ristorante che, se pur con una buona qualità, è distante anni luce da quello del 2023. Pulizia buona, niente ascensore. Per che ci va la prima volta può andare, per noi bocciata l'edizione del 2024.

Nous sommes venu dîner en famille. Cuisine traditionnelle très bonne , nous nous sommes régalés . Les plats étaient copieux . Nous tenons à remercier en particulier Philippe qui nous a servie et chouchouté tout au long du repas. Serveur très professionnel et d’une gentillesse que l’on a très peu l’habitude de voir . Le personnel est très souriant et accueillant . Nous avons passé un très bon moment !

Avons passé 3 jours à Rocamadour, l'hôtel est parfait, tarif correct, accueil sympathique, chambre bien équipée. Le personnel est aux petits soins avec les clients. La restauration est excellente. Je recommande vivement. Point de vue idéal. Parking. Le top

Superb setting with views to the old city. Rooms have great views. Hotel rated 2 star. Far exceeds that. Modern furnishings. Light and airy. Staff were brilliant. Cheerful and helpful to non French speakers. Breakfast was a well stocked buffet. Evening restaurant was busy. Well staffed. Good fresh food. Views over the valley. Manager Frederica very friendly.

We had trouble booking a place at Rocamadour and this hotel had a 2 star rating but it sounded and looked okay - WELL - this place is way better than 2 star!!! The staff, room and price were fantastic. The views of Rocamadour from our table in the restaurant could not be beaten!! Dinner and service in the restaurant could not have been better. Thank you for a wonderful Rocamadour experience.

L'hôtel est correct malgré l'absence d'insonorisation des chambres, on profite donc de tous les bruits du couloir et des autres chambres.Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Côté restaurant, la situation exceptionnelle ne devrait pas exonérer les tenanciers de faire de la cuisine... La nourriture est insipide, notre plat est arrivé dans les deux minutes après la commande!!... Ça laisse soupçonner de la nourriture sous vide réchauffée (pas très bien,en plus)!!???, L'absence de goût confirmerait le soupçon... Rapport qualité/prix sous la ligne de l'acceptable.

Hôtel à taille humaine agréable, propre et avec une vue imprenable sur Rocamadour. La salle du restaurant est assez incroyable 🤩 Le Personnel est sympathique et à l’écoute, en particulier la dame à l’accueil 😉 Le parking est vaste et pratique.
