Appartamenti e stanze senza zanzariera e senza aria condizionata ( forse un tempo era un posto fresco ma ora sicuramente non lo è piu). Piscina bella ma acqua ghiacciata ( anche la piscina per bambini aveva l'acqua più fredda della piscina grossa). Camerieri quasi tutti di origine straniera, gentilissimi e preparati, trattati dal titolare con maleducazione e supponenza, un vero spettacolo di ignoranza. Unica nota positiva: il ristorante offre buon cibo. Non torneremo né lo consiglieremo.

Niché dans une petite vallée verdoyante, l'hôtel est confortable avec une belle piscine et snack, un bon restaurant et des chambres donnant sur la rivière ou les beaux jardin. Très calme, l'accueil est particulièrement souriant et le service charmant. On y parle français. Les vieux villages de Dolceacqua et Rochetta, tout proches, sont des visites magnifiques, avec leur pont enjambant une eau transparente!!! et les maisons accrochées à la falaise.

Hotel semplice, in fase di rimodernamento, con una bella piscina per rilassarsi. Ristorante ottimo e personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Non molto distante da alcuni luoghi di interesse. Interessanti anche i laghetti naturali poco più avanti dell albergo, a Rocchetta Nervina.

The hotel has NO airconditioner in the room and also not anywhere in the hotel. It was 30-35 degrees and unbearable. The hotel employee made fun of me for asking for an airco and said this was not my their problem but mine as I'm spoiled and unable to sleep with 35 degrees without airco (and they say it is not mentioned anywhere in the website of the hotel that there is an airco). Further the food (breakfast) was really not good. The "chef" got angry at me for complaining that the croissants were burned and the fruit were rotten. She claimed that this is how Italian like their croissants and fruit. I reserved 6 nights, left after the first night and ended up paying 3 additional nights (instead of 5, thank you for that!) as there is no cancallation possible.

A very nice family style hotel. Very clean facilities, friendly staff and amazing food! Well located to visit DolceAqua, Apricale and lots more. Walking distance to Roccheta Nervina medieval village and waterfall. Lots of natural pools to swim in. Highly recommend!

Accueil au top, hôtellerie d’excellent rapport qualité prix, très bon petit déjeuner avec pâtisseries de la Mamma, restauration excellente et copieuse. Situation géographique parfaite, piscine et jardins, parking, etc… À RECOMMANDER.

Beautifully landscaped. Hotel is nice, although could use some upgrades. Had dinner there and it was good. Pool area very well maintained and inviting. Some good points about the hotel are all worthless when your room has no A/C and it's July, plus our room faced the east with the morning sun baking our room to a very uncomfortable 31C or for you Americans 87F. I took one ride in the elevator and decided to walk to our room on the 3rd floor, a hair-raising ride to say the least. I know what the temperature of the room was because there are controls for a/c that work but aren't connected to the a/c.

Formidable endroit tout etait au top!!! L accueil la gentillesse du personnel. Le mariage etait grandiose le repas mais c etait impressionnant le choix des plats ..l animation.. c etait fabuleux. Les chambres sont très très bien!! C etait super merci à vous! On reviendra
