Although I was in this hotel for less than 8 hours, I was placed in a room that had an office area and someone was on the phone for a long time making it hard to sleep. Will never take this room again.

We were passing through on a trip to Canada. We met with family who lived in the area. Our room was comfortable and the staff were nice.

My stay is always great. However, I noticed the cable channel options has since changed. Being able to watch TV is a challenge since you don't have many options to choose but if you're a fan of ION, then you're in the right place.

Fitness center is small but well maintained
Easy parking and a 15 min drive to Convention center, blue cross arena, RIT and U ROC
Decent breakfast- coffee wasn’t great and there is no ice machine
But that would not stop me from staying here again.

We have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and Marriott Courtyard previously visiting our UR undergrad son and this time tried the Staybridge Suites. The location couldn’t be beat (closest walk to campus), the WiFi was excellent (unlike the Hilton) and the room was spacious. The bathroom was a little cramped, but that was fine for what we were expecting. Overall, a great experience- we will return!
