Hotel is clean, safe, nice. Breakfast was good. Area is a work around. Easy to locate.

Sleep can hear road noise. Pool temperature low, hot tab not open. Parking pass not working, hard get human help. Room no laundry bag. Poor management.

The hotel staff are somewhat nice, but the service I received didn’t make me feel very comfortable

Parking is not convenient and the restaurant closes very early

The facilities are complete, the hotel environment is good, the restaurant environment is elegant, the parking lot is large, and parking and travel are very convenient. It's not far from the University of Rochester, less than 10 minutes by car.

Hyatt is so bad, no one cleans the room. Send a towel for an hour. The room is too bad

They are all ** hotels, but they are all normal**. The service is very good and very polite. The hotel has just been renovated. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all new and everything is available. The price is not too much. After all, it is Hyatt. It is very milky.

The hotel is located in the city, and some facilities are not easy to use. If you ask for a room change, it will be implemented quickly. Overall service is pretty good. However, the hotel will deduct more money when handling mid-check-out.

After arriving at the airport, I called to ask for a pick-up. After about 40 minutes of calling, no one answered. The service staff at the hotel’s front desk and restaurant did not wear masks and were very upset. The air conditioner in the room was outdated, the sound was roaring, and the wind direction was directly facing the head of the bed.

I knew from the day I got in that I would need to do laundry. I asked the front desk for a laundry bag and slip every day, and it took 5 days for them to get those to me. Water damage in the bathroom because the shower does doesn't close. Room was quite dusty overall. Had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned as there was also some kind of confetti or glitter around in the room.

Not enough towels in room, no housekeeping, very limited staffing all the time. Breakfast is overpriced and average at best. Nothing remarkable at all.

The room itself was nice and the beds were very comfortable. The walls were not well soundproofed and the room next to ours was so loud that my children could not sleep.
