The hotel is in the city center. The rooms are clean and tidy. The facilities and environment of the hotel are quite good. It is a very cost-effective hotel. There are quite a lot of various restaurants around.

Standard North American business hotel, clean but slightly dated. Parking is ten dollars a day. If the destination is downtown Rochester, it is very convenient, there are many good restaurants around

Came to stay for a concert. Staff was awesome! Easy access throughout the hotel. Parking was in a ramp next door but unlimited access for $10. Would definitely stay again

We were impressed with this hotel! We were in town for my son to visit Eastman School of Music. Upon check-in, the desk clerk saw his instrument and asked if he was auditioning. He explained he was just visiting this year, and she immediately offered him access to practice space within the hotel and gave us vouchers for free breakfasts that I guess are generally offered with a package if students are there for auditions. This was the first hotel we've encountered in our travels that has the opportunity to sign up for practice space! They also texted us a few times throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable -- a nice touch. I found staff generally very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good -- not exceptional, but decent -- and we were comfortable overall. I will say that even after turning the heat up in our room, it was difficult to get warm (very high ceilings), and the bedding was very thin so I would have preferred to see extra blankets in the rooms for guest use. Also, we weren't aware there was an airport shuttle until after we arrived; would have liked to know that ahead of time! And it seems to only go one way, as when I texted the desk the day before our departure to ask about recommended ways to get back to the airport, they suggested I use Uber. Not a problem, just a tiny thing that I feel could have been better communicated to guests. We'll definitely stay here again when we return for auditions next year!

We reserved a suite with two queen beds and a pull out as we we traveling with our 3 sons. Upon arrival they said they were overbooked so could not give us the room we had reserved. Instead we stated in a small room with two beds that wasn't ready until aft 8 PM. Our other so and his team the Las Vegas Desert dogs were staying at the hotel as well, hence the reason we booked at your hotel. They gave us vouchers for the bar but it was closed when we returned from the game. Made for a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay in Rochester.

The staff was very accommodating helping with a practice room for preparation for auditions at Eastman School of Music. Our room was in great shape, bathroom was exceptional. Thanks for removing one of the stressors traveling to an audition can bring.

Rude welcome at check in, rude server at breakfast. Waitress yelling at cook, just miserable person. Hotel room was not clean. Fingerprints all over. Little red and gold sequins on the floor in the bathroom. The couch in the hotel room was so dented in the middle from use, when you sat down you felt the medal bar. Worst part when I filled up the tub in bathroom for my daughter, there were these black particles floating in the water. Disgusting. Also heads up if you spend the extra 15 on the breakfast, its a waste of money. Its one of the worst breakfast ive had at a hotel. Only possitive was the lobby looks nice. Hilton used to mean something.

We had a great stay at the hotel, in town to visit the Strong Museum of Play with the kids.

Very pleasant…one thing that could affect this review if done by someone else…but I was put on a floor where there was a bachelorette or some celebratory group. They were up in the hall very late and having a good time…I slept fine…my guess is others would not have been able to. Mitre into room assignment otherwise A great place to stay.

Service was amazing, quick to reply via text. Shuttle was also quick and convenient. Very nice driver, made suggestions along the short drive. Room was spacious and great for our family of 4 (with 2 young children). Bed and washroom were clean. Shower pressure could be better and towels could be more soft and comfortable but otherwise, great stay!
