Staybridge Suites ROCHESTER – MAYO CLINIC AREA by IHG

I have stayed at this hotel a couple times a week since December and will be for the next year or two. I absolutely love it and will not stay anywhere else. Rooms are always clean. Montana in the bar area is absolutely fantastic. I’ve had other guests tell me that she is the reason they stay there and I would have to agree. I always look forward to visiting with her and other guests when they come. One of the managers (Nic) can be very rude and has an attitude most times I’ve seen him interact with people. I witnessed him yelling at one of his employees while I was sitting there. Made me uncomfortable and was very unprofessional. He would be the only reason I would not come back.

Top 10 of all hotels I've ever stayed in. Room was gorgeous and clean, staff was phenomenal! 5 stars!!!

Spotless, impeccable lobby, very kind staff, spacious room, clean pool and decent breakfast options.

I came for medical reasons. I enjoyed my stay so much do to a Brittney, Milton and Mandy. I have had the last young lady all week and she was adorable Constantine to everyone even with bad situations she has class. And the way these three and the one maintenance gentleman Emilia worked together and even in some hard situations was beautiful to watch and experience. I do not recommend dealing with Machelle at any cost she is a very rude and bitter woman who treats coworker and guest alike absolutely atrocious. She is not in the right feild at all. Nerish was a little better but more so when management was around but also a bit of a bully but Machelle is disgraceful an tactless. I will not be returning do to her unless she is no longer there.

Sharon was lovely. Convenient shuttle to Mayo buildings with friendly drivers. Very clean rooms and facilities. Good breakfast and nice social hour.

Very clean, modern, really nice room, comfortable bed. Full fridge, micro, dishwasher, everything you'd need in the kitchenette. Close to mayo, worked out great for appt there.

It was a nice place to stay. At 9 pm Someone started vacuuming a couple different times. I neeed to be up very early for surgery. Also music was on constantly in the courtyard

The rooms are new modern and great cause they have a kitchen. The pool and bathtub are super nice. Walking distance to saint mary’s. Overall highly recommended hotel to stay if you are doing anything at Mayo.
