Days Inn by Wyndham Rock Falls

Nice & clean. Very helpful

Check in was fantastic. When we got to the room we noticed the toilet seat was broke but still useable so we didn’t complain. We had dinner at the restaurant attached and the food was absolutely amazing. Upon going back to the room, which we had a king size bed, we noticed that the pillows, although very neatly placed were no bigger than the throw pillows on my couch at home. My only suggestion would be to please invest in some actual bed pillows as there is a Walmart right next door. For a king size room we thought it would have king size pillows. That’s the only complaint we had. Upon checking out I did inform the young lady and she was very apologetic and shocked that I didn’t complain about the toilet seat sooner, but like I said it was useable.

Property is doing some rejuvenatiion for the better and we can see ourselves coming back. Staff was excellent and definitely recommend.

Motel renovation is going very well. Check-in exceeded my expectations.

I stay here weekly for my job. The owner has renovated the hotel inside and out. The lobby is beautiful! The rooms are always clean and very quiet. What more can you ask for? There is a very nice pool for the kids and the restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent. It offers both American and Indian food. I've eaten my way through the Indian dishes and every one of the is excellent. Don't hesitate to stay at the Days Inn Rock Falls. It's a bargain, in my opinion.

I was concerned on driving up as the building is old. But when walking in, it's immediately clear they have remodeled the lobby and the rooms. Tte people are very friendly. The room was newly remodeled and very big. It exceeded my expectations. The tub drain looked original (a bit rusty) but the showerhead was new and powerful. The new owners are clearly improving everything. We didn't eat at the attached restaurant, as we had already had dinner but we had drinks and played pool. The bartender was really friendly and went out of his way to make it enjoyable. Another hotel guest was at the bar and had an amazing looking and huge plate of nachos. Wish I tried them. Overall the people and the room exceeded expectations and they are really trying to upgrade everything. I would definitely be back.

Amazing staff and restaurant is by far the best in the area. Hotel and area are undergoing reno so there are some old worn issues but it’s to be expected. I will stay again. It is safe. And quiet.

Staff very polite and helpful. Was quiet, even though location was by a busy highway. Breakfast was good.

Room was very small. Paid for room that faced the pool and had a sliding door that opened to the pool, but the door had no handle and the latch to lock it did not fit. Bugs in the pool, did not feel very clean or safe.
